Website explicitly says they close at 4. I leave my current job early to get a drug test and they tell me the drug tests stop at 3:30. Thank you Labcorp for wasting my time and being so transparent on your closing times!

Every time you call no one answers the phone not even In other departments such as billing. My visit was almost 2 months ago and still haven’t gotten my results, but they sent a bill in the mail lol. They didn’t verify half my info with me and the bill got sent to an old address. Luckily my friend is the new tenant. They were nice but very disorganized and I will never ever go back there again !

absolutely horrible experience. I made an appointment online, and when I showed up to check in it switched me to a walk in appointment so I had to wait over an hour for my test. Not only that, I paid online and had to pay again upon showing up to my appointment. Its been over two weeks and I still haven't even gotten my results. I will never go here again.

Here for pre employment drug test. This place is horribly slow...good god...here to drop urine not organs. Should be in and out....

I was turned away because the lady at the window wouldn’t let me finish asking my question before she would answer what I wasn’t asking.
When I asked her to let me finish my question because she interrupted me 3 times, I was told that I was being argumentative and refused to do my drug screen.
I asked where to go instead because I am here, she closed the window on me and I told her to have a nice day and walked out.
Driving to Elyria now.

Will have you waiting hours in a closet sized waiting room for a simple pee test … totally ridiculous especially because I scheduled appointment

I have been attempting to get my lab results for almost a month!! I signed up for an account, tells me there are NO results...this is a nightmare of confusion and ridiculousness!!!

Says they close at 4:30 but it’s actually 4. They should probably update their hours online so people aren’t rushing out of work for no good reason.

Like a lot of other reviewers I’am very surprised to see so many negative reviews. My experience at this site was very positive. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend them

I was shocked at the negative reviews. The receptionist was delightful while doing her job well. (I actually told the owner she deserves a raise) AND, I was in and out in 25 minutes!

Showed up 3 minutes after 3:30 and they wouldn’t see me. Lady at the window was rude about it too. Never seen someone so happy to tell me I should have prepared better.
