Says they close at 4:30 but it’s actually 4. They should probably update their hours online so people aren’t rushing out of work for no good reason.

Like a lot of other reviewers I’am very surprised to see so many negative reviews. My experience at this site was very positive. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend them

I was shocked at the negative reviews. The receptionist was delightful while doing her job well. (I actually told the owner she deserves a raise) AND, I was in and out in 25 minutes!

Showed up 3 minutes after 3:30 and they wouldn’t see me. Lady at the window was rude about it too. Never seen someone so happy to tell me I should have prepared better.

Surprised to see so many negative reviews. Any time I've had to do a drug screen I go here and I'm never here longer than 20mins. The ladies are always pleasant and can't help how many ppl schedule here or that every person will be able to pee on demand not to mention things go wrong with blood draws all the time that they can't account for. Also, it's not their job to update the website so everyone leaving a review is upset at the wrong individuals. Not to mention if you have your registration paper it clearly states the times on it for drug screen so I assume the other registrations for other tests does the same. Reading is fundamental.

I had a test done 3 weeks ago and they have yet to submit my results for my new employment and so I have been sitting 3 weeks waiting on a start date for my job and LabCorp is the only thing holding me up. This is ridiculous. I have never had this experience before. I wish I could give one star.

I wanna give this place less than one star but you can't don't that here but the company needs to post the actual hours of the business so people like myself don't just waste time driving out to be told they close at 3:30 where online it clearly says 4:30 so why even have your hours online if it's not true terrible experience with this company today and in the past as well

The ladies at the lab were very friendly and helpful. My doctor ordered an extensive list of tests which required 19 vials in total to collect and the ladies there were able to complete the blood draws with ease while also making me feel very comfortable. I would definitely come back here for any future testing.

I had an appointment to get fingerprints done @ 11 am. An appointment that should have taken 20 minutes tops, took 2 hours of waiting! Absolutely ridiculous, never come to this place for anything.

I don't understand all the negative reviews because I found the staff to be professional, polite and prompt. In and out within 20 minutes no issue on a Tuesday around 3:15 pm.

In and out, staff was super nice.
