I took my car here and bought 4 brand new tires. The tires have less than 20 thousand miles on them and they all cupped. I called and the lady had my husband drive out there to be told they didn’t have time to look at the car that day. We live an hour away. Was told to bring the car back on another day so my husband did. He was told by the mechanic that everything looked good with the car and everything is tight. The lady in the office said that the rep will not do anything that they said it was mechanical. She said she will try to talk to the rep again and will call me back. Never called. We called again and was told that they cant do anything about the tires. The tires have a 60 k mile warranty this is a shame they do not stand by their tires. My car is a 2017 and I have not had any mechanical problems, other than the normal Maintenance.

Excellent experience. They got me into a set of tires and alignment for my daily driver at a very good price. I went with their recommendation. Honest people, service; and, the car rides and drives better than ever. Been looking for a place like this for a long time. I'll be going there for all my future services.
