So impressed with the service that Alex provided! We were downtown at midnight, and our car broke down. We needed a tow and ride back home. Not the end of the world... but slightly nerve-racking. Alex arrived, assured us all was fine, confidently handled the situation, and was pleasant to converse with on the trip home. He even backed our car up our long driveway with ease - positioning it ready for repair. I couldn't ask for more in that situation. 5 stars.

I hired Kufner Towing for a difficult situation where I had to get a car back from someone who was unwilling to part with it (they had originally agreed to give it up). The dispatcher was incredibly helpful, the service was professional and efficient, and the communication was on point at every step. I hope I don't need a towing service often, but any time I do, I will be using Kufner Towing!

Charged $250 for less than 2 miles. The car jumped the curb of a fast-food drive thru and cracked the oil pan. As a result company said it needed "winched off the curb". Still $250???
Looking at other reviews, we are seeing 4.2 average. Most are either 5 stars or 1. That's equivalent to 4 people providing 5 stars and 1 person giving 1 star. Are you willing to use these guys if 20% of customers aren't satisfied?

Would highly recommend them. Eli was exceptional. He towed our motor home when we were broke down on the interstate late at night. He came with a great attitude and ready to help. Was very knowledgeable and handled our motor home like it was his own. He was very attentive to checking everything. He helped make a stressful situation a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommed.

Was told by the driver that because my car was 4 wheel drive when it is rear wheel so he had to use extra wheels to tow which went from one price to 108 dollars, when I had to move my car to storage a tow truck from cleveland said that the other guy ripped you off 50 dollars from cleveland to parma and no extra wheels

One of your drivers was blocking the entrance ramp to merge onto a separate freeway, because they rode the entrance ramp to try and cut through traffic. There was a clear lane in front of him for me to merge on US 23 N but he’s blocking it because he shouldn’t be in the lane. I would’ve left this as a formal complaint, but you dont have anywhere to, so a 1 star review instead. If you’re gonna drive a company vehicle, you should drive it properly or be aware that people can then contact your employer and complain about you.
