Took my mother in laws new kitten she found here today. The staff was amazing. We were taken back early, everyone was friendly, they answered all our questions and treated the baby kitten like royalty. We also take our own cats here too. They are awesome!

I've tried to get an appointment for a week. You call and they answer the phone by saying "is this an emergency?". Then proceed to put you on hold and never pick up again. Since Dr Clark and Judy left, they don't care at all about customer service; That's exactly why Suburban closed. The old lady with the long hair at the front desk is extremely rude and could care less about customer service. I've been going to Kentown since 1980, but they could care less. I've already retrieved my records and will be going to Greystone Veterinary Hospital from now on.

Was told they have no record of my cats being there august 29th that I literally have my receipts for . Either cat. That I paid $400 &$175 for they don't keep those records . And gave me a hard time about getting a refill since they lost my records showing they've been seen and had blood work

The dr here is super nice and knowledgeable I didn't feel rushed and he listened to everything I had to say! The staff was very friendly as well!

Kentown is amazing. My cat was sick and not a patient here but I needed to get her an ultrasound. Kentown was able to squeeze her in and I had nothing but a great experience here from beginning to end. Dr. Chris is phenomenal, thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable and patient. He really spent a lot of time with us and going over everything. I can't say enough good things about him and the staff. They are wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Incredibly friendly staff. They went out of their way to make sure my dog was taken care of. Their pricing was best in the area as well. Thank you again Kentown!

Friendly staff and you don't have to wait long in the office. They can usually get you in right away if there is something you need them to take care of and you don't have to wait weeks for an appointment. Doctors are knowledgeable and took great care of two of my cats. They also did several surgeries like declawing, spae and neutering with good results.

I'm so frustrated with the care I received today from Dr. Janice Koloda. I brought in a dog I care for with a double ear yeast infection, the reason for my visit was to have his ears cleaned and receive medication to relieve his itching and head shaking. First off her bedside manner was less than desirable and she was not very kind to her assistant. She looked in the dogs ears and told me it's common in these types of dogs and told me she would give me Apoquel since his ears are mostly due to allergies...problem is if she read his chart he is already on Apoquel. She then told me he had a bacterial infection in his ears; I had to tell her it's clearly yeast due to he black discharge, smell and inflammation. It was only then did she say it was yeast and bacteria. Without cleaning the dogs ears she placed a medication in both ears and told me to clean them daily and apply the medication. The whole reason for the visit is the dog was not allowing me near his ears and I needed helping cleaning them. I was dismissed and felt as if she did not care. Very disappointed! The reason for two star is the receptionist was kind and the assistant made an effort to help me. I feel bad for the staff that has to work with that Doctor.

The vets, techs, and Dr. Clark are awesome! I 100% trust my baby with them. The vet techs are so kind and great with her too. It's affordable and I am very happy with their service. I've been a client for 5 years now.

They have been taking great care of all of my pets since I was a little kid. (Over 40 years).
