I was able to get a good fare honest opinion about my vintage battery also was pointed in the direction of replacing it with the company that does vintage batteries for my car they charged me only $10 to do a complete check of my battery and recharging it to see if it would hold and it did not so we got a new one so keep up the good work we were recommended to Kirk's battery from Al's service in Parma.

I learned of Kirk Battery Co about 10 yrs ago. I 100% recommend them. They are always heloful, polite, ... almost always have a battery I need for my cars. Prices are fantastic ☺

I learned of this place on social media, after having numerous people refer Kirk battery, I went in today because I needed a new battery. I got a new battery installed for 100.00 less than the big names quoted. Great service, honest guys. 10 out of 10 recommend

I went to this shop this morning very panicked and overwhelmed because my car battery died and I needed to get to work. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They replaced my battery in time for me to go to work and it was at an affordable price.

Extremely helpful professional kind and loving efficient the nice gentleman from inside was even helping me with advice as we both walked out the door and he was like 20 ft away he still was talking to me I was talking to him it was great very nice people. One more thing this isn't a complaint so don't get the wrong idea but this is for Google cuz I'm sure there's a professional team that will look this message over and they will see this feedback please note that when I was on my way to go back to get the core charge for the battery it kept taking me, I mean the GPS it kept taking me to a bridge which Kirk battery was right below the bridge so I had to go a certain way to get there it's very important that you look into that because it took me quite some time maybe 15 minutes to actually maybe 20 to actually get there because I went way back in between these buildings and the factory and it was just a circle dead end once again I'm not complaining I'm communicating so please note this check into it and ill think of some more feedback to let you all know thank you for the opportunity and just one more thing, it's important as was a rebuilt battery that was put into my mom's car it was only 45 bucks with a core charge of $15 to take the old battery back though get the 15 which leaves only spending $45 for a battery that's not bad at all in the car ( IS ) running great I think that's actually important feedback as well. One more thing to add I do try to speak to the phone voice text so there may be some things that are not exactly professionally correct I apologize shouldn't be anything inappropriate but I just want to let you know this,

This is the only place that I will buy a car battery. They are not general mechanics, they only do batteries. That’s not a criticism. They know batteries extremely well. As a bonus, way better warranties AND cheaper than buying a battery at aut- z-ne or similar. This, imo, is the only correct place to buy a battery in Cleveland.
