In September, I will have lived at Kimberly Park for one year, so this review is long overdue. My sister helped with my apartment search, and after reviewing quite a few online, my choices were either Yorktown Apartments on Pearl Road or Kimberly Park, both beautiful properties and well maintained. Kim at Yorktown was amazing and so helpful, but they didn’t have a one bedroom deluxe available when I needed to move. She called Jasmine at Kimberly Park to see what was available here. Luckily she had something, so we headed here to take a tour of the property and the model suite. Jasmine was professional, informative and very thorough giving me information about Kimberly Park. The one bedroom deluxe is very spacious and would accommodate all of my furniture. I didn’t lease that day, but came back a week later and Lori took my application and deposit. She was also very professional, personable and extremely helpful, explaining all of the upgrades that were going to be done to the suite I would be moving into. The entire process was painless and very positive, and I couldn’t have been happier with my suite on move-in day. It was spotless, the paint color and carpeting were perfect with all of my furniture. Lori did the walk through with me and made me feel right at home from day one. Visnija does an excellent job keeping up with the window cleaning, lobby, laundry rooms and hallways. Everyone that comes to visit comments on how well maintained the building is. The few times I had to call maintenance, they were here the next day and the problems were resolved. Customer service is key at a Millenium Property. There is no question that I will be renewing my lease. I am very happy here and plan on staying for a long, long time.

inquired about looking to move here but seeing the consistent reviews spanning over years of being charged for a pet fee when they never had a pet is...concerning. Hopefully this issue was resolved and no future tenants are dealing with this.

Lived here for a year & got out when i could. i wouldn’t recommend anyone rent here honestly. & they are really un trust worthy. they are rated 2 stars for a genuine reason.

I have lived here for more than 10 years. I love it!!! Ashley, Jasmine, Lori and Carol are the BEST!!! Repairs are done in a timely matter, the maintenance crew are very professional and very prompt. They just repainted my entire apartment and upgrade my bathroom flooring. I can not say enough nice things about this place. Here's to living here for 10 more years. Thank you Kimberly Park Apartments for all of the years of great service. I really do appreciate all of you!!!!

I have lived at Kimberly Park for almost 5 years. I absolutely love my spacious apartment. I just had my bathroom remodeled with beautiful new flooring and vanity. To my surprise, the remodel was completed in less than a day. Maintenance did a great job and was very professional. I am very happy to live here. Thank you to Ashley & all the staff involved with keeping Kimberly Park a great place to call home!!

Stay away from this place !!!! I didn’t live here but I knew a few people that did and I would visit them weekly . One of them had issues with bed bugs . Apparently an old lady that lived on the same floor infested her whole apartment and the whole floor unit with bed bugs . The bugs was visibly in the laundry room and all around people’s doorways , it was soo gross . Can you believe it took forever for Kimberly to evict her and my poor friends had to live with their apartment furniture flipped upside down to constantly keep getting their place exterminated and there rent was so expensive to be having to deal with that nonsense . This occurred twice !!! They did not accommodate the other people that lived in that floor or even cut their expenses for rent, people had to throw out furniture , clothing , and Etc. because of one lady and Kimberly took their sweet time and did nothing to help the other Renters that lived on that floor . The other couple I knew that was living there was billed thousand of dollars for pet carpet stains and they never even owned any pets !!! This place is a mess . When you move out especially they will find any way to charge you extra cost . Make sure to take several photos and videos before moving out

I have spoken with the leasing staff especially (ASHLEY AND JASMINE)about my issue in the unit and JASMINE said well the people been there before you and I can’t do nothing about it so it’s okay for older residents to smoke weed and killing my wife and son with the smell that comes inside the unit I have been staying with this apartment complex for over 3 years, I moved into a bigger apartment, since I’ve moved into here my apartment and the whole unit and hallways constantly smell like cigarettes and weed. I’ve spoken with the leasing and the office they haven’t offered me any solutions to move apartments or anything. They keep telling me to breaking my lease, I have a 2 year old and my wife is pregnant and don’t want to be around that smell. DO NOT RENT HERE THIS PLACE IS JOKE SO IS THE LEASING STAFF…

It's been 10 days of living here and still thinking if it is a right decision. Although we have a friendly speaking staff, are they really caring about the building facilities? They have an upgraded system to access the building which is impressive but doesn't work sometimes and I had to call someone to open the door. Secondly, the elevator is down since I moved into the apartment. They never spoke about the issue when I visited the day before moving in. Due to which all my furniture which is really heavy had to be carried out through staircase to third floor. They mention it is fixed and the next day, someone would be in the stuck in the elevator. This has happened through the week and still no improvement. There are many senior citizens living in the building and has to go through this everyday. Apart from complaints, it is very good location to live because it's nice and pleasant and 5 minute drives to grocery stores.Would really love to see Management taking actions quickly on the issues. I would definitely come back and review on my continued stay.

I have lived here for 4 months the washers and dryers are broken at least 90% of the time the rent is high but they do the bare minimum I like the space but I regret moving here I would rather have working laundry they should put that in the advertisement our laundry room is not available you can go to the laundry mat but we will charge the highest price in rent good luck
