The people and service are terrible.I smell marijuana in the hallways.Use to be a top notch community... now, not so much. Disappointing.

I lived for over a year in Kimberly and it’s such a good place to live. I never had any problems with the management. Work orders were always done in time. The building is equipped with new system so very safe place to live in. All the entrances use key fob system to get in. Def recommend Kimberly if you are looking for... read full comment
