My car looked better after the accident then before it was hit. Chris really knows what he is doing. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. They even cleaned my car. I can’t say enough good things about them.

The guys at Kamm's Auto Body shop are proficient, professional, and flexible with your schedule; very pleasant people to work with. Had to take my car for an estimate and they got me in last minute, stored my car, and gave me car advice all out of the kindness of their hearts! Real great people and took the time to give me a proper and thorough free estimate--will be coming back!

My Traverse was rear ended at a stop light. I really didnt think it would look great again. Don and the staff did a great job repairing and replacing everything that was damaged. My car looks fabulous!! I am so happy with the job they did. They kept me posted on every step. I can’t recommend them enough! If you need a professional, friendly body shop-this is the best!!?

Service could have been better & the way they clean my car HalfA**
Reading other reviews makes it seem okay. They rush the paint , because the windshield - but blamed the third party for delays . Then how does so much dust get into everywhere in the car, they didn’t have it wrapped correctly. Finally theirs premier all over my new windshield had to scrub and scrub and then my right front bumper has some slapped on the front. Messes up my whole front end look, was going to say something. Just rolled with it, because hopefully this review would make you think twice about taking your car!!! Yet just went with it because my insurance recommended. Yet when arrived with tow Truck.
He made a comment saying “ this is previous damage, the tow truck dude was like dude just picked him on side of highway!” That was gonna be a red flag but I allowed it to happen. Overall whoever puts the car back to better piece by piece need to be retrained on simple stuff or pick another career/hobby.
Finally they put also put the wrong old mirror with damages!! CHARGED THE INSURANCE; called my insurance and let her handle it.
They need to offer to repaint my car and fix the mistakes they made . Panels falling and missing push screws etc. had to buy a pack to replace so my body of my car would stay together.

I just dropped it off a week AGO, I will let you know when the car is fixed.they are two great guys. I would take any vehicle to them and.watch a brand-new car come rolling out..
I am just baffled it took 3 yrs to get a response from the owner very glad he takes more interest in the repair of cars than customer relations and reviews ? also just noticed they only responded to the good reviews no apologies to the customers that complained,

Great experience getting my car repaired here. Able to provide a quote immediately, quick turnaround time with the repair, and reasonably priced. They even vacuumed and wiped down my car!

I just called this shop was told they don’t make appointments.They are not open on the weekends and the secretary,answering the phone was rude .Why would anyone allow there insurance company to pay thousands of dollars to this auto body shop with such poor customer service .I’m a west sider and I hope all viewing my review think twice before they spend money here .
