Alex and his team were great to work with. My requests were beyond normal. I needed an eBike that would go the distance. Joy Machines handled my special requests like a pro I did 59.3 miles into the Cayahoga Vally NP. Charged up 2x's.

Sold me a Walmart bike when I wanted to buy a cheaper bike but it was sold for the same price as I could have bought it at Walmart but it had an issue where the pedals came off while I rode it my second time. The owner suggested me buying it for another worker to actually try to stop him and he insisted anyway. I was too in a bad spot to not buy it.
Tbh they were dishonest with me and I wouldn't recommend them if you need a bike or don't know what you're looking for.

My boyfriend & I rented 2 bicycles for the day & had a wonderful day through the city of Cleveland. Bikes were it tip top shape. Thinking of coming back to either rent or buy! Great prices.

Ok, they totally saved my e-bike! I had tried to do some work on it, related to a known problem on this model of e-bike (Lectric XPremium - it’s a discontinued mid-motor model) related to the bike chain skipping on certain gears. They replaced the freewheel with all the teeth on it for the seven gears, and also an new derailleur, and a new chain. And it works perfectly now! I should have brought it in as soon as I noticed the skipping gears, which was pretty much when I got it. It was so frustrating to ride before. Now it’s amazing! For sure if I need any more maintenance I’m going to just bring it here instead of even attempting it myself. And the cost was super reasonable. Friendly staff too, over the phone when I initially called, when I dropped my bike off, and when picking it up.

I have been bringing my bicycle to this shop for the past two years, and every experience has been outstanding. They always get the job done right, and their customer service is both excellent and genuine. If you live in the Cleveland area, particularly downtown, Ohio City, Tremont, or Lakewood this is the place to take your bicycle!

With more knowledge than skill, after my vague attempts to fix, I needed help with my shifting (after an expensive tune up at another LBS, grr). Alex and his guy diagnosed the problem (poor internal routing of the cable) and made it right. Just off the bike and I’m thrilled, this is the kind of bike shop an enthusiast needs

Just the nicest group of people with a love for bikes new and old. Great selection of bikes / parts and very knowledgeable.
Wouldn’t hesitate to tell anyone who needed a bike / parts / service to stop in there.

Best bike shop in Northeast Ohio - hands down. Service is incredible, selection is incredible, staff is incredible. They do simple tune ups and repairs... but if you need it they can also take your bike completely apart and put it back together again. They'll get it running good as new. Also highly recommend checking out their shop rides - certified fun on 2 wheels. 6 stars.

Came here to get my boyfriend's bike repaired. The chain kept skipping. We were helped immediately and it was just a matter of replacing the cassette. They hooked us up with a new one in 20 min and the whole thing was pretty reasonably priced. The dude who helped us was knowledgeable and chill. Good vibes, cool ambience, and awesome selection of bikes.
