Melvin provided updates on the status of drivers. The movers were prompt, took care of our things by wrapping them well, and they expertly maneuvered items up and down stairs without hitting a wall. Even a treadmill! I’d definitely use them again.

In a very hard business- I had a really great experience using there services this past week - Melvin and his team are a Harding working American business that I hope will be in business along time - I have no hesitation to use Jackson express again and again !!!!

Very weird business! I don’t know how they are still in business they are thief’s and money hungry. They don’t care for the people only money. Sad way of doing business Jackson movers you guys have a couple months left before BBB gets involved.

We've used them twice now with delivering an appliance purchase from OLA Retail. OLA is great if you're wondering, but they need different delivery options. My biggest complaint is 90% in the office, scheduling and lack of communication. When we had our fridge delivered last year, a phone call was missed from them, and a message was left to us with a day and time for delivery that did not work. We tried to contact multiple times to reschedule to absolutely no avail, so I had to miss priorities that I could not reschedule. The delivery was chaotic and awful all around. This time, delivery was very smooth, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. However, a phone call was received for scheduling the time, the time was *told* to us, and then the caller hung up without a chance for us to say that time doesn't work. Whatever, we will figure it out once again. The window was 9-11am, we called at 11:10 to be told they would be calling "soon" with an arrival time, to which they didn't call until 12:15 and showed up past 12:30, 1.5 hours after they were supposed to be leaving, and I had to re-reschedule my day. Melvin texted and said there was a problem that caused a delay outside of their control, but what is 100% inside of their control is communicating to us that there is a delay so we aren't the bad guys canceling things in our life at the last second.

Melvin and his team are a wonderful company to work with. They moved all of my furniture into my condo and I could not have been more happy with the experience. They are professional, courteous, timely, and careful with your items. I constantly recommend them to family and friends. I will always use them for any of my moving needs in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We used Jackson Express Services to deliver a large TV console purchased from a local furniture store. Mr. Jackson is very easy to work with and quickly scheduled our delivery. His crew arrived this morning with our purchase. The team was very polite and professional and took special care in delivering a large, heavy console to our family room. I recommend this company for your future moving needs.

I was at Value City Furniture to pick up a bed. Already had my paperwork, my furniture on the dock and I’m next in line. This clown in his big box truck almost hits me to back up to the dock and spend 20 minutes there taking his time to get loaded. Rude and very unprofessional. If this is how they conduct themselves I certainly wouldn’t hire them for anything.
