I have loved JJill clothing forever. The people who work there are so friendly and helpful. One salesperson convinced me I had the wrong size jeans, and she was right. I have had fabulous vacation and work attire!

So I'm writing this due to the feeling of being racially profiled and body shamed at this location, I went in looking for a dress to purchase and the sales rep was very rude and disrespectful, when asked for help rep stated that I was in so many words going to stretch out her merchandise that I was looking to purchase. if I was of any other race I'm pretty sure this matter would have been handled differently not only was help refused after I stated that the item will go up and can fit rep then goes on to state that she was the professional and that she would rather place the garment on someone that wouldn't stretch her zipper this is very distasteful in empathy I didn't ask for your opinion on how you felt I looked in that piece I was looking to buy it wouldn't have asked for it to be zipped up if I didn't think it couldn't go up I had my nails done and couldn't grab the zipper,.......not that it didn't fit

I hope this reaches corporate of JJill.The staff at your beachwood store is superb!!!Each time I have visited the store purchasing or looking they have been sensitive and helpfulEspecially the manager not sure of her name but coodles to her for her genuine service.

The staff at Beachwood J Jill is so incredible. They are the most helpful sales associates I have had the pleasure of working with in Beachwood Mall and are lead by a very capable and charismatic manager. I will be returning again and again, even to order buy things in the catalog!

I absolutely love J.JILL. The clothes are stylish and tasteful. They are youthful yet not enough to feel as though you're dressing like a teenager. When there is a sale, it's well worth the time to go into the store. It's my best place to shop! 🌟

Waited around for 20 minutes while the sales people approached everyone else in the store except me. I even walked towards a sales person she turned and walked to the rear of the store. Apparently they size you up when you walk in and decide whether you're worth helping.

Took a client here to shop for work clothes. The staff was friendly and actually remembered my client and what she got the last time she was there!! I love that this kind of customer service still exists!
