A great hotel connected by skyways to the Cleveland Clinic.Rooms: Rooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed, with good beds and nice sheets.Safety: It's connected to the hospital and medical office buildings by enclosed skyways, so walking alone to visit patients anytime day or night is safe.Walkability: The system of skyways provides a good way to get exercise and is even marked for distance.Food & drinks: Restaurant 45, the hotel restaurant and bar, is excellent and a dining destination in itself. Also, the room service menu is extensive.

This place is crazy expensive, but you can access the main sections of the Cleveland Clinic without stepping outside.

This place gets 3 stars because it is beautiful hotel and for the most part the staff is really nice. But that woman in the gift shop could have been nicer. She just assumed I couldn't afford a 28 dollar box of tea because I wasn't dressed to the nines. If I couldn't afford anything there,I'd go to budget inn.

All services were excellent with the exception of room service. the order was messed up and we did not get what we ordered and for what you pay they should have made it right.Rooms: Rooms are very nice, clean and quite.Walkability: Had appointments at the Cleveland Clinic......this location is perfect for that.

We recently stayed at the IHG Intercontinental that is conveniently attached to the Cleveland Clinic for two weeks. The visit was for heart surgery. We stayed on the Club Floor that includes a great breakfast and food and beverages most of the day. We had great service on the Club level provided by Bernadette, Monica, and Antionette (2024 employee of the year). The room accommodations are superb, comfortable, and most accommodating.

I went to Ccf on business and stayed here very comfortably. It's also very close to the hospital. It's a very good hotel.

Very poor service. Went to make a reservation, and it switched me to Priceline to complete the reservation. Plans changed and I tried to cancel and they refused to refund my prepaid room. Sent me to five other phone numbers to call. I would recommend not dealing with them at all. Also had very rude customer service experience at the hotel itself.

Leave the towels, steal the SHOWERHEAD!!! Okay, I'm not the kind of person who steals things, but if I was, I would totally steal the showerhead and leave the plush towels. The shower was such a pleasant surprise - it's not a showerhead that tries to pretend to have great pressure, it was like a fire hose nozzle (and I mean that in the best way possible!).It is very nice to be connected to the Cleveland Clinic skyway. There was a winter storm. I wasn't able to drive after sedation and my wife hates driving in heavy snow. We were able to check in early and relax a little before my procedure and then I was able to come back and crash and let the drugs wear off. That was so nice ?. We had very little interaction with any staff, but our room (room 711) was very nice.Walkability: Connected to Cleveland Clinic skyway. stay out of the elements and go to appointments
