ACCESS TAX SERVICE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS , LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, AND AND THE TAX PREPARERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND STEAL YOUR INFORMATION TO FILE FALSE RETURNS IN YOUR NAME. ALSO THE SECRETARY THERE IS A THIEF AND GOSSIPS ALL THE TIME ABOUT STAFF AND CUSTOMERS, THE OWNER IS RUDE ANS DOES NOT CARE WHAT GOES ON IN THERE, AND THE OTHER PREPARER IS ALSO RUDE AND LIKES TO TALK GHETTO. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO FILE, THEY ARE CROOKS. ONE OF THEIR TAX PREPARERS. MISFILED MY TAXES AND I NOW OWE IRS OVER $2,000.00. JOHN CONTINOUSLY LIED ABOUT FILING A TAX AMMENDMENT AND NEVER DID. WHEN I CONTACTED THE OWNER, SHE STATED WAS I THREATENING HER WHEN IMENTIONED IRS. THEY SHOULD BE THOUROUGHLY INVESTIGATED BY IRS, BBB, AND LOCAL AND NATIONAL NEWS. AND THE POSITIVE POST BY MILLIE IS BOGUS, SHE WORKED AS A TAX PREPARER/MAAGER FOR ACCESS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

In the world of tax services John & the team at Access Tax Service are a breath of fresh air!! For the last 2 years I went to Jackson Hewitt (horrible) & a private tax service (even worse) so when I found Access I was skeptical but John more than made up for that with his professionalism and friendly service. I will be doing an amendment with John this year from when Jackson Hewitt stopped me from receiving 2021 refund due to their error.

John have been doing my taxes for over a decade. I have never experienced any problems with John not even the numbers. My amount of my refund have been accurate for years I’m talking 10 plus years. He has never done anything fraudulent NEVER u couldn’t even try to sweet talk him into doing anything fraudulent. John is by the book period.

Don't ever get do your taxes with John because I should have had my refund days ago and the IRS has to verify my credrentials on my 1040 he did not correctly do it right and I'm not happy about it because I went to someone else last year to do my taxes and I got my money right away.

My daughter and her friends went this place to get their taxes done, not sure what the guy John did but everyone’s taxes was flagged as fraud. He gave my daughter his personal cell number to contact about any tax concerns he has not answered nor texted back, then when she calls the office he’s “busy”. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place! The only thing their concerned about is the money they get for doing your taxes.

They are some rip offs they messed up my taxes and I had to wait 10 months they took out a $1700 fee then sent me the rest of my money after they took from it, when I say how did yall take out a 1700 hundred dollar fee and that wasnt your fee and plus yall the ones(Sarah )who screwed up my taxes.. Mike the other guy says sorry I can give you a discount if you come back in to do your taxes. Helllll no I want my money.. The Irs said I should report them and then take them to court...

I've been a long time customer with Jackson Hewitt so it wasn't hard for me to decide who was filing my takes this year. When I got to this location it looked very clean, modern & was instantly greeted by Danielle. Upon her filing my taxes we hit a snag but Dwayne not only helped her so effortlessly he found out that I was owed money from last years taxes as well! Make no mistake about I WILL BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION NEXT YEAR!!! Thank you Dwayne & Danielle
