The product they offered, walk-in shower to replace our clawfoot tub, was by far the best offered by any vendor in our search process. It is attractive, durable, and totally meets our functional needs. Their service was excellent from Jeff coming to give us a quote, their ensuring they had precise measurements, to the installation by Steve and Brian. Steve and Brian did their best to avoid creating dust and dirt in our home and did a great job installing the shower. I would engage them with confidence for anything else I needed to do in the house that they provide.

We redid our main bathroom using Innovate's Fibo board system, glass shower doors, shower pan and two accessories (foot rest and niche).
Our contractor was unfamilair with this product, but after installation, said he liked it and would happily use it again.
We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend both the product and the company. Dealing with them every step of the way was great. We had a minor problem (missing screw caps) and need (more of the proprietary sealer) and our salesman, Ron, promptly took care of it.
We have to comment on the delivery: the shower kit came packed in a protective structure - better protected than any large product delivery we've ever had. If you're considering updating or redoing your bathroom with Innovate, do it.

Replaced all of my basement windows with glass block. Thoroughly happy with the purchase and installation. They were a little more difficult to replace because they were imbedded with the concrete when the house was built - that was no problem for this installer. The price was fair, and the installer was great! Highly recommended.

I am absolutely thrilled with the custom closet installation I received from Innovate Building Solutions! From the initial presentation to the final product, every step on the process was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
Mike, the President, keenly knowledgeable, presented several superb open, enclosed, built- in options. He took the time to understand my storage needs absent of any pressure sales. Additionally, he guided me on the steps necessary for preparation with a genuine willingness to help. Sarah and the office team coordinated and facilitated contacts to ensure a smooth progression of the project.
The Cleveland demolition team led by Robbie, did an exceptional job meticulously removing the old system in a very efficient and timely manner. The Columbus construction team with Sean continued the exceptional job of construction and installation to perfection. Both teams and everyone involved were kind, respectful, and considerate of our family’s daily schedule and privacy.
I appreciate the seamless process, being informed, and Innovate’s ability to prioritize their client relationships. I am excited with the final outcome, thoroughly enjoying organizing, and looking forward to more projects!

In preparation for knee replacement surgery for my wife and after extensive research including samples from Innovate Building Solutions we bought components for a walk in shower including a base, wall panels, bypass glass doors, a fold down seat, a shower niche, and hardware to replace an old fiberglass shower/tub assembly. Georgia Fry with Innovate was outstanding in finding marble panels minus unwanted faux grout lines and in answering multiple questions during the installation. The high quality 3x5’ shower base was roughly 1.5” thick made of a mineral/resin composite It weighed about 250 lbs requiring a second hand. The glass doors are 10 mm or 3/8” thick, again heavy but very very nice. The instructions were good except for an understanding of the height for installing wall brackets for the shower door rail. A call to Georgia quickly provided the correct height. I am 72 years old. I don’t know that I’d recommend this DIY project to other seniors given the weight of some parts, but we managed. We also installed new plumbing fixtures. I should mention all components were far superior to what might be had from a box store or most shower installation companies. The 2’ wide wall panels are tongue and groove, made from 7 or 8 thin layers, and fit together using a Fibo waterproof caulk. Check the Innovate videos for how to perform the installation. The superb customer service made this a great overall experience and we saved 50% on the cost by doing it ourselves!!!
We would highly recommend Innovate to others with the caveat that some parts are heavy owing to their high quality.
