We recently found Savanah at Illusions Unlimited and she is incredible! Both my teenage child and myself have gotten haircuts with her and have been so happy. But my teen has a number of sensory issues and the care she takes to make sure it's a wonderful experience that is relaxing and positive all around, is like nothing I've ever seen. Plus she's incredible working with curly hair which is so hard to find! I cannot recommend Savanah enough, we'll be clients for life!!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great vibes at the salon. Amanda colored my hair and she is EXCELLENT!!!! highly recommend her. She is very attentive and sweet. She knows what she's doing!

I moved from out of state and needed a regular hair salon to start going to & I have to say I found it! Amanda was beyond amazing! She’s warm, welcoming, and so professional! I returned to IUS~Parma after years of being a client of another salon closer to home. It was the best decision I made & regret I didn't return sooner to IUS! The staff & management treated me like a queen! It was more than services rendered, it was an experience! I learned so much about my hair, the nature & chemistry. I'm thankful to be back as a client for life! And my hair looks great! Thank you IUS~Parma❤️

I shared the fact I liked my hair long, but my stylist insisted I needed 4 more inches taken off (our original deal). I said as long as it was longer than my shoulder that was ok, well that hardly made it. I obliged to the point that I said I like my hair one length and it’s curly natually and I don’t like it short. I now have a shorter curtly hair in the back with a longer front… the back of my head is no where close to the length of my front, and it low key seems like a chop job. It’s been two weeks and I just can’t seem to get over it.

Your chemical relaxer sucks, figure if you spend about $200 on a decent haircut that it should last more than 3 daysEdit in reply: i understand my username doesnt match a name of an accout, its a username for a reason. And yeah, my haircut was in fact $200 because you charge $80 just for the chemical relaxer and around the same amount for the cut, plus the tip and tax comes out to be roughly $200. And i dont care about your guarantee because where i come from, if a company messes something up, you dont go back, you go somewhere better

Audrey was wonderful. It was my first time there, and I was a little nervous. She was so nice and so easy to talk to and she actually listened to what I wanted. I got highlights and a haircut. I showed her pictures, she asked lots of questions to clarify my wants and followed through. She didn't make me feel rushed, she took her time. And I am very happy with the cut and highlights.
