Towed my car from my apartment with a sticker in it and lied and said it wasn’t in there. The leasing manger and residents told them I live their and they still towed it. First the man said to pay him 185 and then it turned to come get it. What a inconveniencePs … I LIVE THERE WITH THE STICKER IN THE WINDOW.He made me catch the bus to come get it at night said I can have it for free. Then I got there he tried to release a dog on me called me out my name. I went home and by the time I got home 20 mins later he called and told me come get it and watch my mouth next time. Y’all have no reason to be such disgusting people

Very positive experience with this company after an extremely stressful situation. My boyfriends car was sitting at a parking lot locked for 10 days because the keys were lost and there were no spare. We needed a tow with dolleys or some way to tow the car without dragging it onto a tow bed and likely breaking the bumper. We contacted 2 different tow companies that said they could help with dolleys, only to send a driver with a tow bed and no way to get the car on the towbed. Hours and hours of our time were wasted and we were seriously losing hope until we called icon. Icon assured us they had the correct tow for us to successfully have the car towed. David, our driver showed up, with the correct tow truck and got the car out of the parking lot in minutes. He was an absolute pleasure and so helpful. The car had to be towed to a dealership, but when we got there, it was closed with gates shut and nowhere to drop the car off. David shared our frustration and did everything he could to help. The situation was figured out in the end thanks to David and Icon and we are greatly appreciative to them and will absolutely use them again if needed and recommend to anyone in need. Thank you!!

I am so grateful to have found this car repair place. I had to take my car to them not once but twice in the past month. The first time I took it to them it was to correct a mistake that Conrads tire Care had made to my car. I taken my car to get my struts fixed on my car and they left them loose. The gentleman that owns this facility, kindly fixed the struts for me correctly. About a week later my water pump went out not only did they tow me from where I was within 40 minutes. My car was ready in a short period of time considering they had to order the part for my vehicle. The cost was reasonable, the service was great, and I will be using them until I no longer have to drive or I no longer live in Ohio

Wish I could give 0 stars the chubby guy is very unprofessional. I had to ask a random person for a ride that the guy said was 5 minutes from where my car was taken buy it was 10-15. I don't blame them for doing their jobs but when I mentioned I didn't know the place I was parking a tow zone he acted like he didn't care. He said picking up my car was an inconvenience to them when he should've told the person who called. I was Called a liar when I told him I sent the money even after I showed the recipe because I was not told it was cash only. Idk if the thing on the car was already missing or if they did it but he wanted to argue about that and sent pictures of other things. I would sit on the side of the road for days over asking for a tow from them.

When you hear of a person going above and beyond it kinda feels like they provided better than average service. That's not the case with ICON. This man helped me when others wouldn't or outright lied and stated they would but never showed. Waiting for hours with four kids and one diaper while getting the run around as we sit in an open lot next to the Cuyahoga river in downtown Cleveland... I called this man and explained my situation just hoping my kids and I aren't stranded any longer by yet another person. He showed up as he said he would and also cut me a deal. Couldn't believe how kind, generous, understanding and sympathetic he was. If you ever need a tow call ICON and nobody else. Don't waste your time. He doesn't waste yours!!! Thanks again!!!!

This towing company came to tow a delivery driver out of our driveway. Decided to drive in our wet, soggy yard and tear it all up any say nothing. When contacted, we were told tough and they weren't going to do anything about it.
