They steal your money and say they don't they put money in an account and take it out they make you pay money you don't I hate this bank they all need to shut down I tried to hire a lawyer to help me with this bank and they wouldn't do it said I don't have a chance I hope they all go out of business I will never pay then the money I owe them

Zero stars to be correct. These people put a hold on my account for closure. No notice money coming in and then disappearing. They say that they are returning to sender. So I attempted to close the account myself and they won't allow that either. The kicker..."they are not obligated to tell me why". Did I sleep with the bank managers boyfriend? Banking is serious business. I have a right to know why they flagged my account ?

They are very unprofessional and don’t do they job right at all like they really don’t make deposits right they don’t answer the phone they open and close when they want to they want to argue with you , and ignore your calls

If I could give it zero stars I would. Went into this branch to do business about a month ago. Was treated as if I was a joke and my business meant nothing. Was served by Aaron, not sure if I spelled his name correctly because I wasn't even offered a business card. He was very unprofessional and I could sense from his attitude that he didn't want to be bothered. I even called Huntington to voice my concerns and no follow up was received. I will never be returning to this branch. I will do no further business with Huntington and possibly discontinue services that were already established with the bank.

This location is in an area in Slavic Village that is fairly run down. The bank branch is clean, well secured with automatic metal detecting door, and never that busy. The staff is very polite and accommodating. They also can notarize documents for us, which is very convenient.

I stopped here and discovered there's no drive thru. There is a drive up ATM. I parked and went into the branch. They have a locking vestibule- which means you enter, wait for the door behind you to close and lock, then the second doors unlock to enter the branch. This branch also features a metal detector in the vestibule. This meant I had to remove my purse and phone, walk back through the metal detector before I could even enter the branch. The teller communicated instructions to me via a speaker system on what I needed to do to get into the lobby. I stood in line listening to the two tellers spewing sales gimmicks to the customers in line. When it was my turn the teller started in with the typical open ended questions while trying to sell me. Needless to say I was furious. Maybe Huntington should invest in a off duty police officer rather than insult their customers with a locking vestibule and metal detector. This experience is enough to make me not want a Huntington account.
