I went to Huntington 8/31/23 and was racially profiled! I deposited a check and instantly I was told it’s under investigation!!?!?!! No reason why, it’s been held for a week now no help from Huntington a run around and being told that my account is being closed. The check is from an official police association. This is sad and unprofessional!!!! Makes me not want to bank with them ever again and I’m so upset I should call fox 8!!!!!!

Kicked me out of the branch because they said they were short-staffed & couldn't help me, even though I was the only customer in the bank and they had three people. Extremely Rude. Not first time. Don't deserve one star. anyone care to fix this problem!!!!???

I have not had any problems with Huntington Bank so far and I would tell anyone to put there money in that bank and I have had an account for 9 years now

This Bank cannot be trusted with your money, if a fraudulent scam artist get your routing number there's nothing you can do to stop them from taking your money they will claim to put a stop on the account but they'll happily send your money out they'll claim they're going to investigate and they don't

I love this bank and location. The people are always helpful and most of the time pretty quick and efficient! People don't give them enough credit because many are so impatient today! I hope this location and bank stay there for years to come!

Horrible customer service. The atm just stopped working in the middle of a large deposit (my rent) and the bank had no record of it. This happened late at night so I left a note at the front door of the bank (customer service was closed) and started a complaint thru the app. I tried getting in touch with on site management who blew me off NEVER CALLED BACK and being that I had pending transactions at the time my account was over withdrawn and I was left without money, incurring various fees and an unhappy landlord the entire weekend. I came in at the end of the day as I had been told by a previous employee I could just go up there but I was just passed closing time and they would not even come to the drive up window. I watched as dozens of people come and go as the atm that took my money HAD OBVIOUSLY BEEN SERVICED. Meanwhile all the employees sat inside hurrying to get out of work for the day. Just remember if someone else steals your money they'll help you out but they can do whatever they want to you and take whatever they want and you're just at their mercy.

Horrible bank ! ATM's rarely have money, especially on weekends, but it's a crapshot on any day whether you can withraw or deposit. Absolutely unacceptable & beyond frustrating. Fix this mess!!!

I have been a customer of Huntington Bank for nearly two decades. I have personal/business accounts. Over the past few years, the quality of customer service has deteriorated. I have asked for assistance on many occasions, for various personal/business needs, and have been encouraged to figure things out on my own, on their website. I have scheduled appointments to meet with bankers, which delayed assistance for a week, only to be canceled the morning of the scheduled appointment, and told I would have to wait an additional two weeks to meet to discuss my needs. Recently, in a casual conversation, I spoke with a banker about how individuals who struggle the most are impacted the greatest by overdraft fees and penalties. The response I received was, “This is a business.” That is a difficult response to accept, when a moderate account balance yields pennies of interest per month, and an overdraft fee is $15 for each overdraft and up to 3 per day. I no longer contact corporate to voice my concerns, as my most recent call led to a legitimate deposit being investigated internally by the fraud department, and my funds were held twice the amount of time I was quoted at the bank. I was notified of the investigation and the extended hold, through email, twenty minutes after a call with a corporate supervisor. It has been one bad experience after another, with many, many insincere apologies. At times, the inconveniences have felt intentional, such as the phone call hang ups, the refusal of employees to identify themselves for accountability and the condescending tone that has so often been taken with me. Happy banking, just not at Huntington.

Like waiting on the DMV. Teller walks away when there’s a line of 3 people. 3 tellers total. How is there a line? Soooo slow!

Every single time I come here the line is so long and takes forever. I understand short staff problems but come on… other locations don’t have the same issue.

This branch is ridiculously slow since there is almost always only one teller while the line is out the door.
