Super sweet staff, bank itself has its issues. Don’t let the reviews fool you. If you’re looking for a Huntington, you probably already bank with them. This location holds up to others, and the staff are helpful and welcoming every time.

Do not waste your time going to this super slow and unprofessional branch. I waited 20 minutes in line just to deposit money but apparently if you pull up outside to deposit money, you get taken care of faster. (This happened as i was still waiting in line) so I went to the branch on buckeye and got everything done in 5 minutes. They were more professional and efficient. I’m sorry but our black bank tellers need to do better.

Great service, fairly quick wait time. Usually not much of a wait inside but the outside drive thru ATMs have a bit of a wait.

I financed a vehicle thru Huntington Bank. I am extremely disappointed with their service. They make it very difficult to set up online automatic payments. It feels like they intentionally make it difficult in order to charge additional fees. Your fist payment is required to be by check. They don't tell you that. I found out when I couldn't set up an autopay online. That means your first payment will likely be late. After the 1st payment, then you can set up autopay, but it requires them mailing you a form and you returning it. They forgot to mention this too. So the second payment has to be by check too, since there isn't adequate time for the paperwork (because they didn't send it when I called the first time). My third payment was rejected because Huntington Bank messed up my paperwork. I had to call to get these fees removed. They sent me a new form because they could not fix their mistake. They told me I could drop off the new paperwork at my local branch to expedite the process. I dropped it off 17 days before my next payment was due. They didn't process the paperwork in time and I had to manually make that payment. I do not recommend using them. It seems like they intentionally make it difficult to make payments so they can assess fees.

I have had good experiences in this bank thus far (I have been using this location for about 8 months now). The staff is always really friendly and helpful. A few months ago I had an issue with one of my checks getting lost in the mail and the manager gave it her full attention and helped me correct it immediately. It was such a relief to have that taken care of. Thanks!
