I waited for 45 minutes to set up 2 accounts. It was a Saturday and I arrived at 11am, the bank closes at 12 noon. After the worker finished with the customer ahead of me, instead of helping me he started talking to a customer who standing in line. I walked over to the worker and said I’m here to set up two accounts. He tells me that he can’t do that today and that I need to schedule an appointment or set up an account online. When he was asked why he couldn’t help me, he said they were about to close and he had paperwork to finish. I could not go online because I had money to deposit into the accounts. The Huntington bank on Wilson Mills in Richmond Heights, OH is a joke. I will NEVER go there again!

All the people there greet you with a smile and a handshake and treat you. I don't care if you're rich or poor or in between a treat. You just as a human being should be treated one of the best banks I've ever had to privilege of having an account

Since I can't give zero stars, one star will have to suffice. Do NOT bother doing business with Huntington. They do not give a crap about their customers, even loyal customers who have had accounts with them for over a decade. And they will not help you if you are scammed, even if you provide mounds of evidence multiple times. They are all about their bottom line and are NOT customer oriented at all! I would strongly advise staying away from doing any kind of banking with Huntington because they are a very shady company.

The ATM outside on the building worked properly one out of four trips to it in several weeks. Entering the building to speak to employees who seemed a pathetic and uncaring that the ATM does not work. The indoor ATM is locked up on the weekends if that's what you want to call being closed

Not sure why anyone would do business with Huntington, Totally screwed up. Went to make deposit to an account I have had for years to cover a check that I was about to deliver. Teller in formed me that his screen showed. account closed. No explanation. I did not close it. I never received any notice,in any format,from Huntington. Called home office. Person there had idea why arbitrarily closed but no clue as to why I was never informed. Have one more account at Huntington. Will close that as soon as can open another with a competent bank. Did close our equity line a couple years back as Huntington's a bad deal. Should have left completely.

This is a review of the Huntington Mortgage Lending Process. We finished with Huntington because it was too late to change. Horrible service. Had to sign the same documents several times because they couldn't find them- even though they found others attached in the same scan. Go elsewhere. Even a call to the Regional President yielded unacceptable results. If you like frustration- go to Huntington. If you want a smooth process go elsewhere.- Joe W.
