Terrible company...Not only do they extremely over charge for things. I bought a bottle of water and a pack of skittles for like over $8.00. Having my mind scattered making sure things were together I forgot to ask for a receipt. Not even 3 minutes went by I realized they failed to offer me a receipt or even give me one. I turned back around and asked and they refused to give me receipt. Not even 5 minutes after my purchase. They need to give the receipt to everyone and if not at least ask if they want it. I keep track of my spending and needed that. Horrible service terrible company rude service. I will never spend another $1 with this company again.

I had to leave a review just because of Tracy. (Hope I spell it right) Such a sweet lady and went above above and beyond. You can just tell she truly enjoys helping people. Helping the customer before with questions about the area. Which I'm sure she's been asked a million times. Then helping me with finding energy drinks at that. She did all this happily and truly showed she cared. With such a lack of customer service in the world I had to make sure this lovely lady was noticed. Thank you Tracy!

Rude woman at the Hudson news in concourse C outside gate C3. Right when I left she was complaining on the phone about me to the person she was talking to the entire time. Don’t talk on the phone, and don’t complain about customers when they’re around.

Very bad location. Why and when do business owners want to pay for credit card fees vs taking cash money. I refused to buy $2 pack of gum just on principle alone. MONEY IS MONEY, and cash is better then credit card charges for $2. Come on get over it! Money is going to around a lot longer then plastic.

Worst customer service ever, the girl working was more interested in entertaining her friend on the other side of the counter than actually dealing and giving any decent service with customers, the whole demeanor of the woman/girl was wannabe thug don't care attitude,extremely uncomfortable being on the other side of that attitude. The screen with the food choices has a digital so you have to look careful quick or the small print fades,to see the information about what kind of meat on your breakfast sandwich, I didn't even realize there was a choice due the small print and the girls rude attitude plopping around, the girl never even check in and put put on what she wanted I guess,then when I asked she looked at me no expressions, it's sausage we don't have any other kind were out,how'd she know I could even eat sausage. This is a blip before your get into the tsa area and it sets a tone which the Hudson news annex hasn't a clue.
