I had a positive experience at Howard's jewelry center.First of all they have a great selection of quality and beautiful jewelry.I was helped by the store manager Alex who was kind and willing to show me different items.Alex asked sales and lending associate Jackson who was also very friendly and helpfull if he had any ideas so together I found a pendant, Jackson also offered to clean my necklace and pendant that I was wearing .

Kevin Cleveland is the man. After my father‘s passing he helped me pick out a new chain to replace the one I was given when I was 13. It had a lot of sentimental value and he worked with me to get the best value and did not try to unnecessarily upsell me. Really appreciate that and whenever I buy jewelry in the future it will be at this location.

They have jewelry you won't see anywhere else. I have been shopping with them for years and always get compliments on the items I purchase. The customer service is the best. I used to shop at a chain store as well, but was treated like trash if I didn't spend thousands each time I stopped in. So I stopped going. Now Howard's has by business. I'm not going anywhere else.
