Manager rude and not helpful whatsoever, I felt like a burden to the workers by being in their store.

As someone that has spent the entirety of my teenage and adult life in customer service, this place is a disgrace. Closing the fitting rooms before your store closes "so you can get the rest of the store closed" shows they only care about a paycheck. These employees are hourly, why are they rushing out before they even close and risking future sales? Simply because you don't care about customers or making money. I guess the teeny boppers that work there don't understand the concept of the customer pays your salary and if the customer stops coming in you won't have a job. Additionally, the way the manager was dressed was a disgrace to all professionalism. She told me the "store managers policy is to close the fitting rooms early." Well I guess your store manager doesn't care about her bonus either. At the time I was in the store there were 3 employees on the floor, at least one cashier behind the register and the girl (inappropriately dressed) that claimed she was a manager. How can you not handle the guest in your location as well as go-backs and straightening?

Horrible treatment by store manager i witnessed him be incredibly unprofessional and continue to aggressively speak to African American shoppers on two occasions and threaten to call security. Deplorable behavior

Why does this place exist anymore. I didn't know it could get worse. Men's clothes are basically all monochrome plain t shirts.

Terrible return policy. Had horrible customer service from "Sarah" at Crocker Park. He or she was very rude, acted annoyed with me and was condescending. My young daughter was with me and she even noticed how rude and strange the transaction was with Sarah. Sarah is a horrible "person" for H & M to have communicating with customers. Sarah didn't even know the return policy, as he or she returned my item for full price not noticing the discount at the bottom of the receipt. I didn't notice this until I returned something else the next day. H & M is losing money with people like Sarah working the register. Closing the dressing rooms an hour before closing time is ridiculous. It's strange and makes customers feel like us trying on clothes is too much of a bother that they have to close early to make sure everyone gets to leave on time. It's extremely poor customer service and I recommend with their horrible return policy they revisit this policy.

Terrible costumer service from “Sara”. Very rude and condescending tone from him or her. Was no help when my girlfriend went to return her order, specifically said “ugh you are returning all of this” and rolled his or her eyes at my girlfriend. 0/10 costumer service, would not recommend this store.

Tried to make a return of an on line order. Only to be told I was out of the 30 return window. According to the website, H\u0026M extended returns on purchases made October 28th through December 24, to January 31,2023. The cashier was very rude!

I went to h&m on Tuesday December 13 on the afternoon for shopping. After one hour of shopping, I went to the cashier to pay the cloths. When I was waiting in the line and no one before me, the man who was in the cashier called the woman that was behind me to his disk and he chick her stuff then I told him that I was waiting before her then he said go to another cashier ! The other cashier was busy already. He didn’t apologise or smile and it was so humiliating what he did because I was waiting with my kids and holding many cloths with our jackets in the line and he refuse doing his job and I told him that is rude and racist then I left the cloth in his table . Why did he do that ? I thought that the great store h&m respect all kind of people. I’m a Muslim woman and I cover my face and if that is the reason he should not be in his position as a manager! After that I was going to the exit door and he followed me and said leave the store. He insisted to behaving disrespectfully to the last moments. The name of the man who did that is Juan. Please make sure that you put the right one in you store.
