This store has got to be the worst place to shop not only is the customer service rude, racist and ignorant they have a lack of knowledge. They falsely accuse potential customers of crimes. Someone needs to check inventory there maybe some in house theft going on.

The manager , i believe his name is Juan. Very racist and rude to African American customers. He would not let me in the fitting room and called the security on my mother for no reason. I also went before and he would not let me in the fitting room as well. He caused unnecessary drama and tries to be ignorant because of the authority he has as a manager but it’s stupid. The security agreed with us that he does too much.

July 14th I arrived at the store and started looking for a plain white shirt and a pair of pants not one time was I asked do I need any help. Don’t know if it was because I’m a 6’4” 230 LB black man or what but every employee I looked at turned away. After I found a couple of items I went to stand in line and waited almost 10 minutes with no one else in front of me finally I was called to the counter and greeted by a blonde haired boy like he was the one in a rush rang up my items and asked me if I wanted 10% off my purchase if I signed up with H&M I said yes I was in kind of a rush and asked him did he give me my 10% off and he said with an attitude of a 5 year old girl yes I did and rolled his eyes so I got my items and receipt and left. Next day looked at my receipt and no 10% off my purchase. This will be my first and last time going to this store in Crocker Park👎🏾

Went with my mom and dad to get some stuff for a trip and they would not let me use the changing room so went to express and spent my money with them don't know why I was profiled my dad used the changing room right befor me....

We have been to this store numerous amount of times, as minors without adults, and have caused no problems and weren’t disrespectful to any workers or property, we were told to leave the store after dropping a hanger, the worker wouldn’t let us be in the store because we didn’t have an adult to occupy us.

As someone that has spent the entirety of my teenage and adult life in customer service, this place is a disgrace. Closing the fitting rooms before your store closes "so you can get the rest of the store closed" shows they only care about a paycheck. These employees are hourly, why are they rushing out before they even close and risking future sales? Simply because you don't care about customers or making money. I guess the teeny boppers that work there don't understand the concept of the customer pays your salary and if the customer stops coming in you won't have a job. Additionally, the way the manager was dressed was a disgrace to all professionalism. She told me the "store managers policy is to close the fitting rooms early." Well I guess your store manager doesn't care about her bonus either. At the time I was in the store there were 3 employees on the floor, at least one cashier behind the register and the girl (inappropriately dressed) that claimed she was a manager. How can you not handle the guest in your location as well as go-backs and straightening?

Horrible treatment by store manager i witnessed him be incredibly unprofessional and continue to aggressively speak to African American shoppers on two occasions and threaten to call security. Deplorable behavior
