Must Read before you stay at this Hotel!!! Came to Cleveland for the weekend with the wife. The city is great and it’s definitely not the mistake by the lake. The Hotel was nice and clean. The location is perfect and parking was not an issue. I would recommend not using valet parking as it cost less to park yourself and the tunnel under the road that connects the hotel from the parking garage is easily accessible and not a bad walk. My #1 complaint is that after you buy an expensive room you still end up paying $45 dollars a night to park in the garage. You’d think they could include that into the stay of the room. The staff wasn’t very helpful and seem to hope that you read what you need to know online and don’t bother them. The lady at the front desk raddled off a bunch of things in a robot fashion and never checked to make sure we actually understood the facilities. What they fail to mention is that once you enter the elevator you have to use your room key on the special swipe device and then select your room floor for the elevator to work. (I believe this is a safety feature and a deterrent to keep people off floors they have no business being on. However if you take the stairs in the fire exits you can come and go onto any floor you like, so I think it’s a false sense of security. Perhaps they need to invest in badge swipers for the emergency stair access.) I felt like an idiot and thought I missed the lobby attendants instructions until I saw another person struggling with the same issue with the elevator. People who stay here know, but I was unaware as a first time guest. I caught on watching someone else do it. Things that should be explained better. You also don’t get breakfast included in your stay. Maybe you do but we made it clear to the waiter that we were guest in the Hotel and he still charged us $50 some dollars for a breakfast we could have gotten at any diner in town cheaper. The rooms don’t have a microwave in them so if you carry food back to the room to eat later it will be cold food FYI. They failed to restock the toilet paper when they cleaned the bathrooms in the morning. And that was after a generous tip to the cleaning staff. The lobby they have food / snacks available- be WARNED! the prices are astronomical. We got two bottles of water some chips, ice cream and some candy and we spend $60 dollars. More than we paid for a sit down breakfast buffet in the Hotel. Perhaps this hotel is geared more to the rich and I don’t meet their ideal customer. Over all not a horrible experience. The views from our room overlooking the lake and surrounding buildings were beautiful. The rooms are quiet and we almost never heard anyone around us. The bed was comfortable and the tv works great. The shower and bathroom clean and stocked with everything you need (except toilet paper). Plenty of storage or room for people traveling for business. Nice desk with nice chairs. Lots of different lamp options in the room which I very much liked for different times of the day. We never went to the pool or used the gym so I can’t speak to that. Over all again a very enjoyable experience but definitely some areas they could improve. I hope this helps the next person plan their stay.
Rooms: Quiet and Clean
Walkability: Good for younger people, older people might have trouble walking as much.
Food and drinks: Expensive in the Hotel! Look Out! Lobby Gashing Prices!!!

Okay.So there's a couple of things that happen that we need to talk about this property on. The hotel is very glamorous in an excellent position.Downtown in cleveland and the building is well kept. However, there are definitely some housekeeping issues that need to be addressed. I stayed here one night on business. There was a really noticeable red drink mark that was not cleaned off of the desk when I got into the room. Please look at the pictures, and you will see it. The bed did not sleep well. It was lumpy, and the mattress honestly seemed like it needed to be changed. Hospitality was top-notch !! The staff did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. After speaking to 1 of my colleagues who stayed at the same hotel. I realized that the cleaning issue is an all-around thing because they also had a problem with the cleanliness of their room.

This hotel is what you expect when you pick the Hilton brand. Rooms were spotless. No smoke smells in any areas of the hotel. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Rooms are quiet.
Nice touches such as the app check-in no need to go to the front desk on the way in or check-out. Many elevators so very little wait time.
I was here for a conference. The conference rooms were well appointed. Drink stations were located in multiple locations in the rooms and halls, always kept stocked.
Meals served at multiple lines to make meal service go smoothly and quickly. The meals were all delicious.
Only slight negatives, they started cleaning windows of the main ballroom/conference room with 100s of attendees in attendance and the noise was unbelievable loud and distracting to the presenters. The hotel should have anticipated this and timed the window cleaning between conference events.
The elevators require you to scan room cards or use the digital app to up or down but you have to scan inside the elevator. It was difficult to scan and select a floor before the elevator started to move so missed floors multiple times.
The hotel checked in via text message throughout my stay and answered my responses almost immediately. I felt like they cared that I was there.
Great location to visit Cleveland.
Rooms: The rooms were large, clean, and quiet.
Nearby activities: The Rock and roll Hall of Fame is very close, and the Flats.
Safety: Felt very safe in and around hotel
Walkability: I always use the stairs and they were all very clean, wide, well light, with windows and glow in the dark hand rail and wall markings. Very good attention to safety.
Food and drinks: Amazing, top quality.
Noteworthy details: Staff were super helpful and friendly at all levels.

Beautiful city, lots of ornamental architectured buildings. Very clean and the hotel was ?. We just happened to be there the weekend of the rock and roll hall of fame induction ceremony. We saw so many celebrities in this hotel. Security was super tight...Beautiful hotel with an awesome DJ at the 32nd floor bar.

Very nice, but overpriced. Valet, $50 for outdoor parking across the street.
Rooms: Great rooms, showers are fancy, but allows water out on floor because of the amount of gap of shower door and wall.
Nearby activities: About a mile walk to the waterfront.

I was for business, conference in October 2024. Great place, nice view on the Eerie lake, spacious rooms and a wonderful service. Guys at the desk were extremely helpful, professional, and kind! Give a raise to guy with Wu-Tang tattoo on forearm. We had some issues with credcard (outside usa) and his helpfulness and professionalism were second to none! Thank You!

This hotel is fantastic. Not only is it located in a great area to walk to the stadium, restaurants, bars, and other sites, but the staff and the actual location itself are wonderful. It has a full-service barbershop/hair salon inside, as well as a wonderful market/bar, and offers great convention services. I've never had a bad experience here and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Cleveland area.
