A terrible place dirty and not cleaned, the bus station turned into an overnight shelter for drug addicts and homeless people, there is a terrible smell in the common room, staff members do not want to work at all

I hate having to stop at this station for my trips. They are definitely not cleaning the bathrooms. EVERY single stall in the men’s is clogged. Besides that it’s overall lifeless, and even creepy at night.

Pretty sad to see a bus station that is not maintained at all. Bathrooms were dirty and also with bottles and food. The floors were not clean, and the whole place looks pretty bad.
If you are traveling alone, be careful to walk outside by yourself. Looks pretty rough.

This place is disgusting. Water damage everywhere, if i wasnt brought here on bus for a layover, i woukdd think it was abandoned and condemned. Smelled like a porta potty on a 100 degree day

I'm actually very happy to say that my very first experience with Greyhound was pretty good compared to how I originally thought. After seeing so many negative reviews of it, I grew nervous, but when the day of my trip came, I had a great experience. There were two security guards watching the place, and the bus was right on time both going out and coming back in. I'd ride with them again. :)

I dropped off my daughter at the Greyhound station in downtown Cleveland to go visit her friend, I did not go inside. She did not fell safe to leave the car and go alone inside the station, waited outside for her friend to come get her to get on the bus. Bus was on time though, arrived in Pittsburgh as scheduled.

Everything is bad.I lost my 22 hours waiting for the bus at the bus station.It's my last trip with Greyhound.

Place is disgusting,no vending machines,dirty all over,was there two days in a row for two transfers,no toilet paper in bathrooms ,no hand soap both days,no hand sanitizer even, nearest store two blocks away,if you're handicap that's not good, hopefully won't have to go here again,and charging station doesn't work,and only very few outlets around to use

This place is truly on its way to be demolished. Looking forward to the next location. Hopefully it will be with RTA to make it better to get there.
