Greyhound Bus Station offers a mixed experience for travelers. Many reviews highlight that the station is clean and spacious, equipped with Wi-Fi and a ticket counter, although food services are lacking. Some visitors appreciate the presence of security guards and note that buses are generally on time. However, the station shows signs of deterioration, with limited amenities and maintenance issues. The building once had more facilities, including a restaurant and vending machines, but these have been removed or are in disrepair. The remaining vending machine is often out of order, and water fountains are non-functional. Restroom conditions have been criticized, with reports of poor cleanliness and maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, the station is conveniently located near downtown and AsiaTown, making it suitable for short layovers. While some staff members are noted to be helpful and knowledgeable, the overall atmosphere is described as somewhat depressing due to the lack of seating and the condition of the facilities. Visitors have expressed frustration with the limited charging options and the overall state of the station. Despite its shortcomings, some travelers still find the station to be one of the better Greyhound locations, though it clearly requires significant improvements to enhance the experience for all users.

This stop the people working didn't handle unloading the bags just stood around telling where you could and could not stand. The main guy was a bit smart at the mouth shap with Butthead responses to the people asking for clarity.
