These drivers act like they are doing us a favor. You are being paid to provide a service. I’ve seen people ask a question and the driver acts like they are too good to respond. Start hiring people who have some type of customer service background. The contempt they have for the passengers is written all over their faces.

Bus blew right past me on the Healthline as I was waving at it at the stop. Also the machine where I bought a ticket was broken and did not give me my money back. 1/100 would not ride again. Wait I didn't ride. Healthline more like Stealthline. Stealth for not picking up riders or selling tickets. Credit for ingenuity but no more stars, sorry, a girl has to have standards, you know?

Love riding the Rapid Transit System. I wish that the Red Line Transit stations were more lit up at night and that there is some kind of device that lights up to let you know what station you are approaching or in and where are the restrooms?. Also, the Rapid Transit Cars need a good cleaning.

Got to my stop on 65th and Detroit waiting for the 26 on my way to work I might add, and what ever driver on route westbound on 7/22/2023 @ 1:26 pulled up wouldn't let anyone board and just pulled off. People depend on this trash system to pay their bill's. Don't pay these vampire's.

Apparently it is ok for RTA van drivers to stick their arm out the window and flip off drivers behind them who have green light and who are trying to get off 480 West while he sits in wrong lane not moving and no traffic in front of him with turn signal on to get in other lane. Trying to leave people stuck in Intersection risking accident for when the other light turns green. Not sure if he wanted to go 480 East or wanted to go left on Brookpark. Was not engaging in road rage with him but he felt it necessary to put our safety at risk and to flip people off while representing RTA.

Terrible service. You see homeless people defecating all over the bus stops all over the rapid stations it is stained with the odor of piss! This is where tax dollars are going? Jesus fuck, stop paying your taxes if it goes towards this mismanaged system. The rapid bus is good WHEN IT WORKS. Rude bus drivers, they'll scream at you for small problems. You dare say anything other than indicating your stop they will practically rip your balls off. The RTA is the biggest waste of tax payer money I've ever seen, not only that but they then have the audacity to charge you to ride the bus. I swear some of these bus drivers harbor negative emotions towards other cultures other than their own. I have felt personally attacked by a few drivers in the past. The RTA is fixing to get sued if they don't straighten up their act.
