Call the day before for a case of Dart 16EL cappuccino. Was given a price and told that they also had another lid. When I arrived they had no cases of either lid but had 5 sleeves of the Dart 16 EL for $7.79 each. No I did not purchase the sleeves

Waited for assistance at the deli. Finally went to cashier and said we needed someone at the deli. Her response was that the person that worked the deli was sick today. No effort to help at all. Is this the new standard of customer service? ?
