Found a super cute bralette NEW with tags, didn’t think anything of it and took it up to cash out and the cashier looked to find a price tag and couldn’t find one and told me she couldn’t sell it to me. First of all, YOU are the ones who put it on the sales floor without a tag. Other goodwills will find a reasonable price for it if there’s no tag or will at least ask a manager if they can sell it and for what price. Also, you CANT sell me an item that was on the sales floor that was DONATED to you without a price tag? Why because you want to rip people off or keep it for yourself to make top dollar? I was blown away when the broad told me she couldn’t sell me an item that is in their store. I was very close to not even buying the other items I had in my hands. She could clearly tell I was pissed and said “it’s a shame it’s cute too” and proceeded to ask if I would round up my purchase for their mission. I wouldn’t support your mission if God himself asked me to. Pro-tip, if you want to have good business, maybe don’t rip people off. I won’t return to this store again and will spread the word.

Best Goodwill around IMO. I collect milkglass and they never disappoint. I have even noticed lately they are making more of an effort to keep things tidy. Friendly staff as well!

I shop at different Goodwills and other thrift stores whenever I need something. This was my first time to this one. Staff was nice, store was stocked but prices were not at all what I expected. Jeans, shoes, old electronics were double what I'd usually pay. I was really disappointed and shocked at the prices, especially when this stuff was just given to them for free. I won't go back or donate to Goodwill anymore if this is how it's gonna be now.

This is a great goodwill. I don't usually write reviews but I really wanted to come out here and say that specifically Corrine as hard working as hell. I swear she's the employee I always see cleaning the store front and greeting every customer. A lot of stores around here are trash but it's ppl like Corrine who keep nice places great.

I shop the Middleburg hts goodwill store on Pearl Rd. and the Brook Park one on Snow Rd. regularly. I find both stores to be clean and well organized generally. For the most part staff is always friendly and helpful. I am handicapped, and all I have to do is ask if I need help to load my items and the guys are great about it! I do find good deals at both, but some of their pricing lately has gotten to be waaaaaaaaaaay to high for the used goods they have. It has gotten to the point that many times I will not buy something if it is not the color tag of the week for 1/2 off. $8 plus dollars for a used pair of shorts or a shirt is too much. I recently got 3 pairs of new shorts on clearance at Walmart for $5 each and a new nice soft short length light weight robe on clearance for $11. I did not go to Walmart seeking these items, I had to return something and just happened to find the clearance items. Today I took mom to both the Goodwill, and we both found some nice items. And the new points system they have is great too for earning a $5 or $10 discount to apply to your purchases!

My wife and I went to this Goodwill to drop off donations after going through belongings from my dad and grandma who have recently passed. The employee who came out to collect the donations didn't even greet us or ask if everything in the truck was going and was clearly having some issues because he was rushing unnecessarily and in his hurry dropped multiple boxes and broke a lot of what we were donating. I understand that we were getting rid of the stuff anyway but we hoped they'd find homes, not just me smashed on the ground.... There was one item in my truck that wasn't for donation and he was so in his head that moments after we told him not to take it he grabbed it and we had to yell back at him again that it wasn't going. After doing the boxes and breaking items he was in such a rage that it made my wife uncomfortable and I just closed my trunk and drove off... Terrible experience that makes me not want to return....

This was a good Goodwill! I'm a big fan of looking at furniture and home goods, they had plenty of both! If you're in the neighborhood and love thrifting, definitely make a stop here.
