Don't buy from the GameStop. Unless you pay for their premium service, they can lie to you and sell you any product and you won't be able to return it if you open it. They sold me headphones and told me they were for PC but once I got home they were not. When I came back they insist that I couldn't return them anymore. In other words, they lied to me to sell me a product and when I tried to use the product and realized it was the wrong thing, they would not take it back. Straight thievery. Literally, no shame in it.

Nothing against this store location, the staff was nice. GameStop has a bunch of deals for the holiday season, I needed a new PS5 controller and I was planning on buying a used one. With Holiday prices, I expected a USED controller to be maybe up to $45. Nope, the used controllers are $65 BEFORE tax and you don't get a charger. A brand NEW one? $75. What kind of deal is this GameStop/PlayStation? Not to mention I paid $80 after tax AND the charger wasn't included.

Once again store is still closed at 11 30 am on sat and should be open at 10. Show up on time or update your hours. Also will never answer their phone. This location definitely hates money and potential customers!

HEY! Now that I got your attention, I wanna give a huuuugggggeee shoutout to Doug and Quincy on their huge ambitious Madden 15 midnight release! Super innovative to have Trent dressed up as count chocula, couldn’t even tell it was him! Once he said the code word I knew what was up and went back to my work. Once Ed broke that light fixture though I had to roll out, he never takes accountability for what he does

Terrible customer service. Sorry to be of an inconvenience to you while not one person is in the store. I mean your not working for free are you because you sure as hell are acting like it. Manger definitely is not setting a good example for his staff.

This Gamestop location was cool enough to host the Resident Evil 20th Anniversary Tour where you could play the Virtual Reality Demo on the RE truck.

Hours are 10am to 9pm. Here @ Steelyard location and it’s past 10 am and store is closed. No one answers the phone. 10/13/23. Who is in charge, someone needs to be accountable for not opening shop on time.
