I bought flooring for a job and they would not return the overage. This was after they told me whatever is over no problem you can return. Don't trust what they tell you. Also, their staff is horrible they know nothing. Good products bad service.

Had the most positive experience with excellent customer service - a young man named FRED (according to his name tag) went above and beyond to be helpful. Super friendly young man with great knowledge of store and products…not like my recent trips to Lowe’s and Home Depot

I recommend all my clients visit the nearest Floor & Decor- no one else has their selection of flooring and tile, all of which are on good size displays with prices clearly marked. When you're done, walk over to Dave's Hot Chicken- ?

Visited the store to look at wood floors and bathroom tile. Every employee was friendly, multiple greeted us and asked if we needed help, and October went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered. He really took the time to make sure we knew what we wanted and were ready to make a decision. Far better than any other big box store that just points you on your way.

Poor customer service and rude employees. Spent thousands of dollars in the store today. Told that my tile would be ready in 15 minutes. Forty minutes later and after you take my money, you get an attitude because I asked how much longer it would be to get my tile. Even went on the intercom and announced to the store that there would be a wait for everyone because you had to load someone’s tile.

This store has great customer service. From the time we walked in several people asked if we needed help.We said no while we looked around and nobody was following us. Once we were ready we dealt with Shelia and she was amazing. Answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back.

The merchandise is great but it's the service from their dedicated staff that's what is the most outstanding. Trenale and manager, Tim, were awesome! They both went above and beyond to help us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely hard-working. I wish the general workforce had their work ethic and energy. These two employees need recognized for their dedicated service. I'd give them a thousand thumbs up, if I could! Thank you and keep up the GREAT work!
