Managers are rude I got a text from someone from the 800 number you can call me so I don’t have to deal with automated unprofessional robot that doesn’t have it together wow never got a call from the 800 number here is a perfect example how they care

I've been getting the same form notarized here for 14 years. This year they said the same form needs to have cuyahoga county listed even though the form clearly states it should be the location of the project (Medina). Train your people how to read and do their job.........
