Fed x truck used my driveway on Adkins Rd as a turn around and left big ruts on both sides of my driveway!! I had date time and truck # on front. Because I had no video they declined!! They have GPS in their trucks they know where that driver was!! And they are still using driveways near me as turn arounds on Adkins Rd Willoughby.......BOYCOTT FED X!!! CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR USING OUR PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION!!

The young lady that was working behind the counter yesterday around six 7 PM was extremely helpful. First time ever I’ve had anyone behind a FedEx counter be so helpful. Usually it’s quite the opposite.THANK YOU ! Who ever you are, I should have asked for her name.

I stop here a few nights. I'm not sure who the gentlemansname is but he does not say a word or even acknowledge me there. I'm and nothing but friendly. Just takes my PKG and hands me a receipt. He will however talk with everyone else who is of color. A little customer courtesy to all would be nice.

Put my package in the trash and refused to bring to the porch. Then they lied and said I had a gate. It's currently sitting in snow and mud and trash collection is happening. Called 20 times but they refuse to do anything. The package is 100lbs and was around $600.00 but the FedEx driver was dumb and lazy. If there is damage or someone steals the package, I'm suing. Worst customer service

A male employee working on 12/20/2024 at 7 pm . was rude for no reason. They lost a package (ok, no problem, it happens), then said they haven't received it, but then come around and say it was scanned at the facility?! Still ok, not a problem. All I needed was to make a claim or someone to update it as lost in the system. I was not mad about the package until I dealt with this.... guy, nasty attitude for no apparent reason.

Drivers from this facility continuously refuse to use the call box to access my building and claim they attempted delivery. Shipping costs are very pricey for a delivery service that does NOT deliver. Customers who want to go on a wild goose chase for their packages should use FedEx.

I have no idea how this company is still in business with all the negative things about them. And the negative talk in their industry. It's sad when you can trust the government/USPS to provide better service than your company.FedEx is notorious for leaving customers out to dry. You looking forward to that new thousand dollar phone for Christmas, nope empty box on the porch. How about those new Nike shoes for your birthday, nah empty boxes and feelings of being violated. How about that iPad you worked so hard for, yea right some FedEx employee is using it or sold it 50 cents on the dollar.

I had a package arrived yesterday and it didn't showed up i was waiting all day yesterday in the cold weather since 8 in the morning still 8 pm saying that my package is delayed

The fact that you pay for 2 day shipping but takes 5 is ridiculous and misleading. This is the first time I have used FedEx in a very long time and it is a reminder why I don’t use them and won’t again.
