Drivers from this facility continuously refuse to use the call box to access my building and claim they attempted delivery. Shipping costs are very pricey for a delivery service that does NOT deliver. Customers who want to go on a wild goose chase for their packages should use FedEx.

I have no idea how this company is still in business with all the negative things about them. And the negative talk in their industry. It's sad when you can trust the government/USPS to provide better service than your company.FedEx is notorious for leaving customers out to dry. You looking forward to that new thousand dollar phone for Christmas, nope empty box on the porch. How about those new Nike shoes for your birthday, nah empty boxes and feelings of being violated. How about that iPad you worked so hard for, yea right some FedEx employee is using it or sold it 50 cents on the dollar.

I had a package arrived yesterday and it didn't showed up i was waiting all day yesterday in the cold weather since 8 in the morning still 8 pm saying that my package is delayed

The fact that you pay for 2 day shipping but takes 5 is ridiculous and misleading. This is the first time I have used FedEx in a very long time and it is a reminder why I don’t use them and won’t again.

The fact that you can’t hold packages or forward them to new addresses in 2023 is ridiculous. I don’t understand how fedex is still in business.

Staff stares through the window at you while you stand outside the door with packages waiting to enter. Why arnt they trained on customer service.Messy unorganized store area inside as well.

Beverly was warm and made me feel welcome. She made a good impression as well when she concerned herself with the quality of my shipping envelope. The location threw me off a little and until I parked, I did not see the customer parking. I will make this my shipping location for work.

I always seem to get less-than-helpful remarks from the usual front desk associate at this location and it isn't appreciated. The staff are friendly overall but the reception could be better considering it's the first point of contact. At the end of the day, you're better off going to a different location or just dropping your stuff in one of their boxes.

Package late again due to sitting in this same for facility for 2 days now. Re editing my review to say they are even worse then before package said out for delivery today then at 11:30 updates saying it is delayed now arriving tomorrow for an extra day late! Let's check back tomorrow and see if I add more!
