I dread going here. It's not the employees' fault, but this place is so understaffed there's always a wait. And it doesn't even open until 9 in the first place, so going there causes everyone to be late for their own jobs, and the entire line is inevitably grouchy which just makes the whole experience that much more miserable. What kind of BUSINESS center opens that late?
If I have to ship something using FedEx.. I just don't, lol. I go to the UPS in the same shopping complex.

I’ve been here before but NOW never again.
I went in line to wait.
My partner went over to the printers to look how to do the work we were gonna do.
Lady took one look at him and immediately was down his throat about what are doing sir? Right off the spot started to racial profile him. Which was disgusting. All I wanted to do was print something which after that in a quiet room I made sure to let her know his disgusted I was by how she treated my fiancé. Considering I stayed calm and still tried to ask questions to see how much everything was I did good. But after that encounter I was like “Bye Felicia” and left.

I came in last minute needed a print job for my an office visit first thing in the morning. Tiara was able to inform me the job could be completed today and I could wait to receive the items. She patiently explained all of the pricing and printing options as I had quite a few questions. She was also able to do this while working with multiple other customers. I have used fedex for printing in the past and it’s the level of service nationwide which is why I continue to go back. Thank you Tiara for making my last minute request come true.

Even though I was able to mail my package I still gave it three stars because there's a older gentleman that works there there was very rude and condescending. He refused to help me and even asked me to leave the store. This young black girl walked up and helped me immediately no questions asked. I give her 5 + Stars. She was very helpful and knew what she was doing. I think she should be the manager because she works well with people and problem solves. The man doesn't need to be working with the public.

Not Your Fault!!!! FedEx is amazing and holds to their standards. Thankfully no one was hurt however a business discreetly packed a water bottle, batteries, glass and zippo lighter with no battery label, hazard stickers or concern for your employees and recipient(s) to pass through

Poor customer service. The lady rep was rude. I simply pointed out that the box I was about to purchase looked like it could be broken to fit the size I needed. She didn’t respond; she wasn’t responding to any of my inquiries since I entered the branch. When I spoke up and said it again she roughly replied “I know!”I tried to de-escalate the situation by apologizing (tho I did nothing to offend) and she replied by saying, “since you walked in the door you’ve been acting like I don’t know how to do my job.”I was taken aback. I simply informed her that it had nothing to do with not knowing if she knew how to do her job but simply me not knowing how to go about doing what I needed to do and asking her how to do it.Rude. I won’t go back to that location if I don’t have to. Bad attitudes make for terrible customer service.

Rocky was extremely helpful. I needed several items in a box to be wrapped and sealed before shipping, and he packaged the fragile items with care. Everything arrived in perfect condition, beyond my expectations!
