Rep just told me they couldn’t help because they “logged out of system”. Very bad customer service. You shouldn’t advertise that your open until 7pm if you can’t serve customers at 6:45pm. Staff could really use some training. FedEx just lost my business. I’ll go to UPS for now on.

I received HORRIBLE service today at FedEx, 11111 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH. "Bob" tried to bully me, yelled at me to "GET OUT" Called me "NASTY" and threatened to call the police on me.... WHAT FOR???? I do not know.... i never expected to say these things about FedEx.... i thought this was a top tier company..... but they evidently hire low brow peopl e. I was overcharged and I fully expect to receive a refund. What a nightmare this has been?.. Not doing business wth them again....ever.

The woman who works here is a rock star. I didn't have the cohones to peer at her nametag to do a shoutout. Anyway, she obviously deals with a lotta bs. And yet, she still went out of her way to make my day. :D It's still making me smile. Thank you!!!

If you print a poster here, make sure you specify the exact weight, finish and type of paper you want it printed on. They will assume the lowest quality paper if you're not incredibly specific.

Fedex lists store hours as 8AM-8PM but that's a lie. Their hours are 9AM-5PM and you have to call to be let in the building. The problem is you can't reach anyone on the phone! Waste of time, avoid this location if you can.

I ordered a package from a manaufacturere. I was given the tracking number. I clicked the track link the first post stated my item would be delivered by the end of the day December 3, I waited it didn't come it showed my item still being in another state. I waited the next day it said it would be delivered by the end of the day December 4th but the package didn't come. It did say the original expected day was the 6th of December, now I clicked the link it said no delivery is scheduled but is pending. I called FedEx they are giving me the same information that the site is giving... No answer. I called again they said my package was redirected to another location so that my item could be shipped today and on time... TIme range they gave was between 10:05 AM and 5:28 PM. It is 4:18 PM and my items still isn't in Cleveland and hasn't updated yet. I really don't know why so many companies rely on FEDEx, In my past experiences and with my curren't one. I don't feel that they are able to meet the demand. The customer service reps are rude, are foreign... Major language barriers ... professionalism right out of the door. FedEx has so many complaints I don't comprehend why they are even in business. If I had a choice I would have requested the manufacturer use a more reliable credible business like the United States Postal Service...I don't often feel upset but the kind of money I spent on my item and the company that business chose to use to mail my item.... I am upset... VERY UPSET. I might reconsider never doing business transactions with any business that only uses FedEx... In my experience it isn't a good delivery business, their site and technology is outdated, and trying to get assistance from reps that barely speak recognizable english is just enough to raise anyones blood pressure. I am ANGRY and so not pleased with the entire situation as it is.... This is just EXTREMELY UNSETTLING for me.... Enraged at this point. FedEx is unrelable and if I had the power and the judicial ability to revoke their license and shut them down permanently I would... I strongly dislike this business and how it operates. The admins should perhaps retire. Unprofessional, unstructured, unorganized, outdated and over-priced I consider the business to be fraudulent at this point. And another thing why are these businesses which mostly are European owned or European Allies teaching their employees to address people by their first names? That is so unprofessional... UNPROFESSIONAL. I advise people when they are purchasing items to request that the shipping company being used is NOT FEDEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One last thing why is Yelp limiting what photos can or can't be uploaded? If it's part of my review and supports my claim your business censoring my review of another business also makes me feel Yelp is just as unreliable as FEDEX... Yall trying to censor consumers and businesses from sharing their truthful experience also makes Yelp part of the problem

Questions: why are packages left in front of door so that it is knocked down the stairs when the door is opened, since that's the only way to get it. So, will fedex pay to reimburse if it is damaged. It's really irritating when I have to knock my packages down the stairs in order to get out of the door.
