I had an unusual package / request. When I walked in and Ralph saw me carrying a weird size sign.He smiled and we took it from there. He was fantastic.Got my packaged wrapped and packed and I believe it’s going to make to NYC without losing the chalk artwork.So appreciative of Ralph’s calm demeanour and assistance. You need more of Ralph’s working for you.

Disgusted with both members on staff on 08/11/23. Neither member acknowledged me when I was at the counter until I spoke to them. The individual I spoke with wasn't knowledgeable of the system or how he could help me with my issue. The rep stated that he didn't have access to the system to help me??♂️??♂️ WHAT PURPOSE DO THEY SERVE.

Thank you Karrie, Ralph, Raymond & Krizia for all your hard work!The entire FedEx team was amazing! The order was large (over 20 items), complex (multiple sizes and paper type) and required a short turnaround time. The team from management to staff was professional, efficient and highly communicative (provided updates and answered all my questions). I highly recommend this location, the team and look forward to bringing more business there.

Came here to print flyers and was thankful for the customer service here because I would not have been able to figure out the self printing machines by myself. The quality of the color printing was very good. They also carry 100 lb paper in the store but do not have 120 lb paper. The paper cutter was pretty old and didn't cut as crisply as the ones out in the suburbs.

WARNING! DO NOT LET THEM PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS IF YOU DONT WANT THEM BROKEN. I left a fragile item to be packaged and mailed by them. It arrived inside a thin plastic bag (NO BUBBLE WRAP OR PADDING WHATSOEVER) and broken into a ton of pieces. The worst part is that it was the stores MANAGER that thought it would be acceptable to do this. Down $600 now.

Kerrie, the store manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. She printed my labels and boxed up my items quick and efficiently. Her customer service made my day!
