They will get you for your money. I bought a wsher and dryer from them it broke down a year later i called them to get it fixed they said 99 to come out pluse i got to pay for parts and laybor i said ok he came out and he told me i need a new washer plate and all togethet that will be 500 i told him thats to much cuz he didnt do much labor he just unscrewed one screw then tell me my part is 400 i talked him down to 300 tell me why i go on Amazon and the part is $35.00 SMH i dont know nothing about washers so i didnt know

I am a landlord and a remodeling contractor and Father's Dream appliances is an excellent value. Their technicians are professional and the work is top notch. What makes Father's Dream so important now is that modern appliances are not as durable as they were 40 years ago. An older appliance, while less efficient, was much more durable and reliable. A reputable dealer is now essential. Before Father's Dream was recommended to me, I would say I lost over $2,000.00 on appliances that were essentially junk but were sold as fully reconditioned. The seller, of course, did not service what he sold and besides, it was all the buyers fault if it did not work. Everything Reggie Sizemore sells works, works well and is backed by a guarantee. There may be others out there with cheaper prices but Father's Dream provides very real value.Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I went with the intent of supporting a black owned business. Unfortunately, the used washer was terribly overpriced but purchased against my better judgement. It was delivered old machine removed but when using it for the first time it stopped working!!! water in the machine!!!wouldn't turn on..I was furious... after much back and forth and requested to come and get it, he said he didn't want it and pleaded with me to have it repaired. Refused... and reversed the charge.. purchased a new washer for $100 less than the used one.... very rude and argumentative.

It was pretty sad, to be honest. The appliance specialist came out examined the washing machine he looked it up and found the water pump had failed and there were no more available parts because they no longer made this( model )water pump for my machine. Cost almost $100 (not too bad).So then he told me about purchasing a washer machine from his boss's appliance store( father's dream) and how they could sell me another used machine. So I agreed to check it out. Big mistake! So, in the following two days, my aunt agreed to take me to see what they had to offer. She had heard about this company and was pleased with what she had heard( key word). So, the father's dream appliance store had two locations. By the way, the specialist did tell me that I needed to call before coming because sometimes his boss would be out of the store. I called repeatedly this day, but nothing went straight to voice-mail. So two hours later ( while me and my daughter and I were getting our hair done), the specialist called me asking if I was still interested in seeing the machines. So i said yes and he told me the boss would call me on my phone. A few minutes later his boss called giving me several lame excuses of why he wasn't at either location! We wasted gas going to both locations and no answering or being at the location during working hours( that was strike number 1). Secondly, he tells me on the phone that the machines( used)started out at $400, not $300 or even $200 by gally they are used, not new. Sure I would be better off buying a new and increase my chances of possibly finding one cheaper. I did just that from taking the recommendation of my hairstylist to get it from Lowe 's. I am so disappointed in the whole idea, and their customer service skills suck tremendously. 7Time to find a new manager because your days are numbered! I can't even tell you his name. I don't think the he ever told

Father's Dream as of now charges $109 for a service call which is fine but, if you have them do the work. This price is not deducted. This is in addition to labor and parts cost. I've never heard of this, which immediately puts him way over the competitors prices. Be careful he knows throwing all those prices on top of the service call. He'll still make $109 in 20mins or less. This seems to be their way of making money. His prices are more than a new appliance once the price is quoted. BE AWARE!

Terrible.... Is all I can say, prices are outrageous, I tried to support black businesses but when they cost more than everyone else just to come tell you what's wrong with your appliance is ridiculous. Good luck.

I've had the same dryer repaired 3xs by them in the last 2 years and it just went out again their products are officially ? TRASH. They are unprofessional and never on time would only recommend to my enemy.
