Not only would I HIGHLY recommend Family Optical, I would not entrust my vision care with anyone else! Michelle and her parents are true professionals who know this business so well, but they also go way above and beyond the normal realm of customer service. I have never had such wonderful service as I have at Family Optical. I’m still just completely blown away by their knowledge and professionalism, and even more so by their friendliness! Did I feel welcomed? YES! I cannot say enough about this place, and now with new glasses I can see perfectly. But what I really see in this company is something that cannot be seen with the eyes. I picked up my three pairs of prescription glasses today. Two pair for motorcycling/boating/shooting and one pair for my everyday wear. I’ve been to other places, but I always had issues. I came to Family Optical on the advice of a coworker some years ago. I’m COMPLETELY satisfied with the entire process here. The whole team is the best.I prefer glasses to contacts for many personal reasons. Family Optical understood me and never tried to sell something extra that I really didn’t want. I recommend them to everyone. I’ve tried the rest and I’m staying with the BEST.

I’ve been going to Family optical for about 15 years and they’ve been nothing but amazing! They can always get me in fast for an appointment and work around my work schedule. I always get my glasses and contacts sooner than expected and they’re always great. They all treat everyone like family. Michelle has always gone above and beyond, not just for me but everyone who I’ve sent there and seen while I’m there. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They also keep up on the styles and have great sales. Can’t forget about Stanley, he is always right up to greet me when I walk in the door.

Family Optical is a family owned and operated business that actually cares about their customers vision. Michelle, her Mother, and Father ensure it feels just that way. My vision with my new glasses is clear and crisp. They also take the time to professionally fit you with the new frames.They actually take time with their patrons and I always learn something new there. Excellent family run business. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They have a huge selection of frames at reasonable prices. I have a very strong prescription, and they get it right. The spectacles are exactly correct, and do not need to be remade.

My 93 year old father broke the arm off of his glasses late in the afternoon. I arrived at Family Optical shortly after they closed. Michelle saw me on her way out. After I explained my situation, she opened the store again so the could do the repair. As if I wasn't happy enough, she gave me a cash discount!
