This store could be so much better. The neighborhood relies upon it but it seems upper management can't get it together. Not the on-site management team and employees, they all do a great job and try hard. But this location constantly has issues with their payment processes and it is not unusual to see signs in the door saying No Credit or Debit or EBT. Cash Only. This happens a lot and many people in this area use EBT or have plastic and don't carry much cash. So FD loses business and customers are inconvenienced. This is a senior management issue.

They do not answer their phone I called 6 times to see if my son can load my card because I have a broken ankle. They never picked up.

9:55pm on 2/20/24 and this place is already closed. My husband tried entering through the door, then knocked on the window, and someone inside gave him a "closed" signal. I saw the sign that says 10pm. Not 9, 930, 945, or anytime before 10pm. If they want to close early, they should change the hours on their signs and online. 2 stars because sometimes the staff inside is nice.
