I got my last oil change done here, friendly people, but now that I’m changing the oil after they did it, I had to use an oil filter wrench and all of my strength just to get the oil filter off, then we get to the drain plug, I used extensions, a breaker bar, and even a pipe over my ratchet for more leverage, and yet the drain plug still didn’t come loose. I didn’t have a proper impact handy. I ended up having to take my car to a shop where they got it on a lift and tried a breaker bar before having to use an impact driver. In what world should you have to do that? Clearly far more than the 30ft/lbs of torque specified by Subaru.

I was sent to Extreme by a friend and I couldn't have been happier. the service was amazing, every worker who helped me was sweet and extremely helpful. I got a full detail and my car looked brand new. The inside of my car was spotless, and small scratches on the outside were gone. My car looked like it was fresh off the lot. 10/10 amazing!

Car was shining, from inside/out, I love how they communicated with me as well as the craftsmanship that was put into cleaning my vehicle. Had a sedan and SUV get the extreme detail (interior and exterior). These cars haven’t been this clean since they were driven off the lot. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.
