employees consistently doing burnouts in the back parking lot anywhere from 10pm-2am all days of the week. you're literally in a residential area and directly behind an apartment complex LOL, insanely unprofessional

I recently purchased a car from Extreme Auto Pros. I went there to look at a particular car which I saw they had online. When I arrived to look at it without calling them, I was told the car was not there and was being driven by the owner, and that I would need to come back the next day. I made an appointment to come back the next day, and I saw and test drove the car. I was happy with the salesman, he was very polite and friendly. I was happy with the car, so later that day I called the salesman and informed him that I was going to bring my wife there 2 days later to look at it since the car was going to be for her. We scheduled an appointment. My wife test drove the car and liked it, so we decided to buy the car. We scheduled a day and time to go to Extreme Auto Pros to purchase the vehicle. After purchasing the car, we pulled out of the parking lot and within 10 minutes the "check engine" light came on. I called the salesman, and he said it was probably a loose gas cap. To keep this short, I will not explain the minor repair attempts and how many times we reset the light. It always came back on after about 2 hours of driving every time. I called the salesman again and explained our situation. I told him the dealer looked at it and said the evap canister was severely damaged and had a large hole in it, causing the light to illuminate. I thought it was impossible so I asked him to show it to me, and he walked me out to the car which was still lifted in the air and showed it to me. The estimate was approximately $900 to repair.
I contacted the salesman again and explained my situation. I told him I understand I purchased a used car from him and any issues after I pulled off the lot would be my responsibility, but since the light came on with 10 minutes of leaving his car lot, I believed they knew about the problem prior to selling the car to me. Extreme Auto Pros has their own service garage with mechanics. As I looked back at the surprise visit to see the car and was told it wasn't there that day, I have to wonder if the light was in need of reset and that was why I wasn't allowed to see the vehicle. The next 2 visits were scheduled, so they may have reset the light prior to my arrival? I don't know, but since the “check engine” light came on only 10 minutes after purchasing the car, and since I didn't even try to move him down on the asking price of the vehicle at all, I was hoping they would at least cover 1/2 of the repair bill.
The salesman told me not to get it fixed just yet because he would definitely help me out in some way, so I waited. It has been about 4 months now and the phone calls have stopped, so I had it repaired myself and paid just over $900 for it.
I am not advising anyone to not shop here, I just wanted to put my story out there to give others a heads up and be alert of things to look for when looking at cars at Extreme Auto Pros. I really wish I had that information prior to making that mistake. At the end of the day, I purchased a used car from a used car lot, so I can only blame myself for not looking deeper into the vehicle.

I have went to there dealership to buy a car from them it was a infiniti g37xs i have spoken with one of there financial “Todd” he told me that he will speak to the banks to get me approved for the car he also told me that he is going to make sure that i get the car and nobody else gets it i went Saturday at 11am we do the paper work then he says he will let me know what the banks says on Monday a few hours later after i went to the dealership he sells the car after i went over there , DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT KEEP THERE WORD.

Extreme Auto "NO". DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR OIL CHANGES. Don't know if it's amateur mechanics or technicians or if he was just being lazy. Went here to get an oil change and the free tire rotation. After the oil change I checked the dipstick and it looked over filled to me. I said something to the mechanic that did the oil change or the tech. And he insisted that it was fine so I drove to Valvoline and they emptied just about a whole quart for free no charge. So they did the oil change and overfilled it by like a whole quart. IF ANYONE GETS AN OIL CHANGE WITH THESE GUYS...PLEASE CHECK YOUR OIL LEVELS AFTERWARDS.
