Dirty. Was charged extra for everything. Breakfast was a joke. Holes in the ceilings. All the floors were filthy. Wiped the floor in our room..... black dirt!

The staff here are so nice, considerate, and helpful. The room was clean each time and I enjoyed my stay a lot. I would recommend this ES to anyone.

We stayed here one night on a road trip and I'll break down the pros and cons.
Cons first:
This place is an extended stay so it obviously attracts lots of different people. The entire place smelled like cigarettes, fish, and mildew.
*If you are a woman traveling alone or with children just pay more for a nicer place as I would not have stayed if my husband wasn't with me.*
The elevator was janky, clanky, and the doors would open and close a few times before eventually going to the floor selected. It was scary cause it would bump and make loud noises when moving and I thought it was gonna just free fall on us at some points.
The rooms are what you would expect for a low level place, leaky faucets, mildew scent, some small stains on the sheets.
Breakfast is literally grab and go packaged muffins and granola bars like out of a cheap vending machine but something is better than nothing honestly.
I don't think it was worth the 130$ we paid for the night.. maybe 90 or something like a motel.
Pros:
I didn't think the service was bad. They were friendly, we didn't have any issues that required help so I can't speak to how they handle requests but I feel like they would be helpful if you needed something.
No bedbugs in our room, this was something I was MASSIVELY concerned about upon seeing the place inside. I was so paranoid I checked all the beds and blankets and sheets. But again- no bugs and I was very grateful for that.
They cleaned the room fine, I didn't feel that it was hastily done and that was good.
It works for a place to sleep. That's about what I can say so if you really just need that and don't care about much else it's a good enough place.

Rooms: Not well maintained.

Front desk people standing outside main guest entrance smoking several cigarettes a shift (6-7 per shift if not more) and often times can be found out of company dress code. Truly unprofessional way to run a hotel.

Overall the room was nice and it was a shock that I had ordered a room with a sofa and 1 queen in it and got a room with 2 queens. The biggest problem I had was I got in to my room at 1230 ish in the morning and at 850 am someone scanned their card and tried to open the door. The only thing that stopped them from coming completely in was the safety chain was on the door. No knock, no announcement that they were coming in!!! I confronted the lady at the desk when I was checking out and she said it was her and she was checking on a room but was told the wrong room and realized that when she couldn't get in my room. When I checked in at 1230 the sign said completely sold out tonight so why would she be walking into any room?
Noteworthy details: Very close to the highway

My sister is actually staying here but I interacted with some staff during her stay. The women were very nice from front desk to the cleaning lady who does the second floor by rooms 211, 207, 209...is excellent. Such a sweetheart. She was so accommodating, the maintenence man, short gray hair was NOT accommodating or nice! I unfortunately had a bathroom emergency when walking down the 1st floor, found a bathroom in the hall, tried to get in only to be told it was only for employees, which it did not indicate. I asked if I could please use it for a minute as I had an emergency! He yelled NO at me and that's when the emergency exploded! Thanks maintainece man! Your maintainece man ruined this review.

I wish I could give negative stars! We had to stay here due to tornadoes in the area that knocked out power to the greater cleveland area last week. This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. The exterior was lined with garbage then you walk in and they had a towel under the leaking AC, old and dusty furniture in the lobby, the hallways had dirt and litter everywhere and the rooms were so nasty, I refused to touch anything until I cleaned with bleach. I even purchased my own bedding. The bathroom looked like a truck stop bathroom and the elevator was falling apart and had this metal clanking noise that sounded like machinery was going to come through the floor. It's listed as a non smoking facility but all you smell in the halls is cigarettes. This place should be condemned. I can't imagine how they pass any sort of health inspections to stay in business. We stayed for a total of 3 hours and they still charged us $228.56 when the nightly rate was under $150

Awful experience. The pull-out bed, which we paid extra for to accommodate our group, had mold and urine on it. The floors were so sticky and dirty they left our socks brown. The entire room (and the entire hotel for that matter) reeked to the point it made us feel ill. Our toilet was clogged upon arrival. I was given a plunger to take care of it myself. "Breakfast" is a small muffin and granola bar. Elevator clanks and jerks; pretty scary. We were so happy to leave!

Had to switch rooms three times there was a bowl of nasty dried up food in the microwave there was hair on the towels. Theee were hand dirt and smear prints on every cabinet and the wall had something slashed all over it. We had a suite and zero pots or pans what’s the point of a suite if you cannot use it. Very dirty and impolite front desk agent. Refused our money back even after three room changes for filth. You can imagine I didn’t even want to stay at this property any longer but we had no choice. We will never stay here again which is a shame bc my son plays football for the local u overbite and we are here almost every weekend of the football season. I will pass this on to all other football parents to stay somewhere else. Also there were bugs how is this ok???!?

To start with, I want my money back. I rate the room and service a 0 star (not a 1!) - disgusting!
The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the interstate which helped me easily get off and back on the next day to my final destination.
To start, I couldn't understand the hotel clerk whose native language was not English. Fortunately, another staff member stepped up with whom I was able to communicate.
The first room I was given reeked of pet urine. I couldn't even step inside. I was given another room which also reeked of urine and a deodorant that clearly was used to try to mask the terrible smell. The two dogs I had with me couldn't get their noses off the carpet and the linoleum kitchen flooring, because it was so dirty and sticky and smelly. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It was disgusting! So was the stair well I used to take the dogs outside and back in, as dirty and smelly as the room.
The only reason I stayed put is because I was tired from a long day driving with two small dogs and just wanted to go to sleep and get up early to get to my final destination. Otherwise I would have searched for another hotel.
As a footnote to this 0 rating, my final destination was the Extended Stay America at Buffalo Grove, IL, which was absolutely amazing, in every way - cleanliness, odor, decor, communication with staff, accomodations on every level.
I want my money back and I intend to pursue it.
