Mark the manager has terrible customer service skills. Showed a complete lack of respect, was rude and was of no use. Never gave me the opportunity to ask for my confirmation number for my transaction. Rushed me off the phone. If you're not going to be good at your job you can atleast be polite. Disappointed!!

I needed to get a small loan and went to ChechSmart on West 150th. I met a guy named Joey who explained to me how the line of credit worked. I applied and got approved. Thank you Joey (and CheckSmart) for being so nice and helping me in a crunch.
