Very unprofessional can not Communicate at all. They just yell at you and tell you what you wanted when your product doesn't come back, right... I sent him a Rose gold and silver bottom grill. So I wanted the top to match it. He comes back with a silver top that didn't match at all and charge me more than it was worth. And when I complained they cussed me out and kicked me out of the store very unprofessional, never go there again.

I love it here been coming for years they have yet to disappoint! Great customer service & awesome deals … if the asking price is one thing they will lower it just to make the sale ? everytime ✅ I’ve seen them do it .. but overall a great store. They need to add insurance on the jewelry tho ??♀️

My fiancé purchased a silver bracelet and the stones keep coming out. I keep asking them to make sure all the stones are intact. I picked up my bracelet for the second time Sunday, January 8, 2023 and at 5:20pm one of the stones we gone. I put it in my purse and another stone came out. I’m so disgusted and not to mention they’re trying to charge me for something I keep asking them to fix. ??

They sold me a fake diamond tennis bracelet. I asked if it was real before I purchased and I was told yes. Took it to get cleaned at different jeweler and they told me it’s costume jewelry. I went to store for a refund and they said no.
