I just got some fabulous boots on sale at Evie Lou, but I wanted to give a shout out to these folks. They have curated some amazing looks. I especially like the footwear. But they can outfit you for anything. And they are very kind, totally grounded. I will return, more often even though it's a bit of a schlep!

I ordered an Alembika tunic from Evie Lou and UPS misplaced the package during the holiday shuffle. Kim put a trace on it right away and the package was found. She was very helpful while we waited for the package to be found and even reached out to the company to see if they had a replacement. Wonderful customer service. The tunic is also very cute! Thank you so much.

After searching for places to shop, I was excited to find this boutique. Unfortunately my size was not carried as mentioned in one of the comments. Disappointed as they had a beautiful selection of clothing, jackets/sweaters. Staff was friendly.

I'd shop here if I was a rich, cool, grandma. They also advertise clothes "across the sizing spectrum" but I didn't see anything in a plus size.

My new, favorite store! After months of buying on-line, it’s wonderful to actually go in to a store and try on 20 dresses. The selection is fantastic. The ladies are wonderful and a dedicated parking lot in Tremont is an added bonus. I’ll be back

If you are looking for a special gift for that special someone, this is your place. This is a fancy boutique that has many boutiquey things. They have a lot of nice jewelry made by locals. The employees are super helpful and very patient.

This is my favorite store in Cleveland and beyond - Kim and all of her staff know their customers so well and have a terrific eye for what will work on your particular body type, as well as what doesn't, and sharing those truths is an especially nuanced skill. You won't be disappointed - as someone who is tall with especially long arms this is the only store where I am guaranteed I will find shirts and jackets that fit! Support local!

Kim is a master at her craft, she is amazing! The girls at EL are so helpful, not pushy in any way, but there to give suggestions if needed and give their honest opinion on how the clothes look on you, which is rare to find! So much to choose from always.Relationships are built at this store, its way more than just "shopping".❤ this little gem!
