Went through 5 or 6 rentals within a month at least. One car had sensors that needed to be reset, not even a wk later the car I got to replace the 1st one had a manufacturer recall. After that car, the replacement I was given, within a week had a faulty tire pressure sensor. Turned that car into the airport since the Mayfield office was closed. I received a washing machine on wheels....(it was way to small to get in and out of) the next car had a small tire leak and was told to take it to Mr. Tire and that they were supposed to drop everything and fix the tire. Well Mr. Tire said I needed an appointment and all that. Finally got my car back and all that mess with enterprise they kept the deposit fee.. I hope my insurance has other rental car companies on retainer because this is absolutely mind blowing.

I experienced a nail in the side wall of the Ford Expedition I was using to take my family on a trip. I called Enterprise Roadside Assistance, who instructed me to take the vehicle to Mr. Tire, who fixed it without charging me a penny. Turns out, it was a wheel issue, so I called their Roadside Assistance again who came and towed away the vehicle. I was able to obtain a larger car (Wagoneer) at another location (shoutout to Rae at the RDU Airport) and use that to take my family back home.Latest person that helped me, Craig, was amazing. He was fast to get me in and out so I could get on the road and gave me a terrific car!Ryan, the manager of the Enterprise location in Cleveland Heights, OH, and Demarco worked to reduce the money I owed significantly due to these issues. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent a car!

The guys that assisted me at Enterprise was the epitome of customer care and service. Paul and Ramon are very genuine in their approach in assistant My daughter and I a the experience was outstanding. Looking forward to working with Enterprise Rental in the near future!.

Victim of vandalism and theft- Beware of the parking lot! I often rent a van here to move equipment. I leave my personal car in their large parking lot. While I was away last week, my personal car was broken into. A few small things were stolen- no big deal. But in an attempt to steal the car, the ignition switch was damaged with a screw driver. My key would not insert and thus my car was undrivable. I had to have it towed, and needed to secure another rental in the interim. Enterprise did not give me any break on that rental cost, and because it was holiday season, only had a large pickup truck rental available (which I didn't need or want.) They charged me full walkup price (over $600) with no discount, despite the fact that the only reason I was renting was because my car was broken into while parked in their lot. When I questioned this again upon returning the rental, they would not offer any discount. The manager on duty said that the branch manager would contact me- I have not heard from him.Often when I arrive to pick up a rental, it isn't clean at the scheduled pickup time. My choice is to take a dirty van, or wait 20-30 minutes for them to clean it. Tire pressures are often low, and oil change warning lights constantly ding. This seems to be a normal part of renting from here and happens more often than not.While the employees are professional and respectful, they certainly don't seem to really take care of the details, nor help a regular customer who was a victim of vandalism in their parking lot. Yet, they beg for that perfect customer service rating every time.

Almost a perfect experience. Great Car selection and they reached out beforehand to confirm my reservation. So, why only 4 stars you ask? Well when I returned the vehicle I called an Uber to take me home (3 miles away) and I chose to wait in the lobby. While waiting a lovely couple who looked to about the same age as I also returned their vehicle l, yet they were offered a ride home as a service of this particular location. Well the service rep must have saw the confusion on my face because they immediately came over and offered the same service, after I'd bee. In the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for my Uber. I declined the service and took the 5 minute cab ride home as it would have been unfair to cancel the Uber after waiting for so long. Overall a great experience but it would be fair to ask that all service be offered to all customers, it's 2023.

Professional and quick. We got our car as a result of an accident, and our insurance handled getting the car. All we had to do was come in, get the keys, do the inspection, and that was it! Painless. Caveat: There can be a bit of a line depending on when you go, but it moves fairly quickly.The only criticism is boy, does Enterprise hound you about your return date. I get it already, it's due back! But I'm sure there are people who ignore that. Regardless, we had a fine experience.
