I was looking for a specific car, going to several lots test driving quite a few, even after I drove the one they had on the lot for a honest comparison. Overall the one they had was better than most out there. I went back to Empire. Understand with any used car, there's going to be things wrong, its important to do your research and understand what you're buying. Ivan and team were very easy and flexible to work with which just adds to a good overall experience.

I recommend this dealership, I am happy with the visit and purchase. The seller Ivan helped me a lot in choosing a car, he gave me a discount and eliminated all the defects in the car.

Bought a car 2 days ago everything was fine except the air conditioner which they fixed before we drove it off the lot and then within 2 days a check engine light appeared ( great right) called up to empire motors and they basically told us to kick rocks and it wasn’t there problem. Imma take a shot in the dark and say they cleared the code. Honestly never have worked with such rude people on account for THERE actions. Note we have 14 days to pull out of the loan/car, seems they might be receiving the vehicle back due to there own known mistakes and fault.

I did buy a car, Only because I like the car, I waited for a long time while the man was on the phone, There is only one lady in the office doing paperwork so I waited a long time to do my paperwork, The vehicle was not detailed, It was extremely dirty, Whoever had it before me must have done some kind of cleaning, the carpet was full of some kind of shampoo like carpet cleaning solution was very hard to get out, They knew nothing of what was wrong with the vehicle, And was not willing to budge on the price, In the ad it said it had a backup camera, Which I discovered doesn't work

Do not get a car from here. I recently got a SUV from here about 2 weeks ago and the transmission went out yesterday. They intentionally sell lemons. Beware of this place!

The people at Empire are great. They will work with you to make sure you get the car you want. The finance people will do what they can so that you can get the financing you need! Overall a great experience.

Disappointed. Two things you need to know about this dealership: 1. They want you to part with your cash as soon as possible, and they don’t care about the product or you. 2. The cars are generally in very rough shape with high mileage. I spoke with the owner about a vehicle and then I showed up and one of the salesman who has the same name as the owner (Ivan) was present. I walked in to introduce myself and I’m greeted with “ Hey, which car?” My response: “ Hello, my name is Scott, what’s your name?” I asked to test drive the car and this was the response I got: “Need license and insurance right now”. Talk about terse! I did test drive the car and noticed their air conditioning wasn’t working and there were dents all over the car. his response: “ OK, maybe we’ll fix it, maybe will give you some money off, huh”. Save your money, most of the cars are lemons.

JOKE, JOKE JOKE My son stopped and talked to vlad on Friday said I'd come look Saturday, they're closed, which my daughter and I did!! Called first thing Sunday told him I will take it!! Never said anything about a deposit, went to bank Monday which it told him I would do, before going with cash I checked website said SOLD!! NEVER AGAIN!!! But they had another on similar for 1,ooo more! Should have offer to me for first price I was quoted!!!
