Used to be one of my favorite stores for jewelry. Until the last time I went in there I can't prove it but it's pretty ironic how I went in there had my necklace cleaned my watch service all fine and dandy but when I went to wear my necklace I used the cleaning cloth to clean it and as I was pulling the necklace through it decided that it wanted to miraculously just come apart. I'm not saying that my necklace was sabotaged but it's kind of ironic how the last time I wore it I had it cleaned and then I put it away until I was ready to wear it again and now I can't wear it I'm not happy.

Emerald City Jewelers did an incredible job on taking care of some fine jewelry we needed repaired. Jake took great care to make sure all of our requests were met. He did not rush us. He is very talented - he took the time to make a recommendation on two sentimental pieces of jewelry we had that would be too expensive to repair. Rather than just sitting in a jewelry box he showed us a unique way to wear it. It was a mother’s ring and #1 Mom joining the two together to create a unique piece. I love this beautiful new look which also reminds me of a dream catcher. Thank you Jake! Emerald Jewelers will always be our #1.

Emerald City is the BEST! John and Mike are the most genuine people and are professionals when it comes to customer service. My engagement and wedding band is the most beautiful item I've ever seen. They go above and beyond for their customers! I couldn't imagine jewelry shopping without them, I would never go anywhere else! 100/10!

personal pendent clasp snapped off called prior towards stopping by, came in drop it off got it repaired within less then a day. Highly recommend! this place to all those whom may be wondering. Great experience from a first time customer.
