They look for a way not to pay. Look at others than this company

Right now concerned I switched over. Time it takes to get records reviewed means I’m paying for 2 months without knowing if dogs are covered. Also on app only way to get documents is to download but they don’t go to files on iPad called for help, not very much

Embrace fully covered my dog's fractured tooth surgery and care. Of note, I did have to pay initially out of pocket then get reimbursed but that was made very clear when I signed up. They were very nice on the phone with me when I had questions and expressed empathy regarding his situation.
